Called to get an estimate and the guy who answered the phone said, «We dont do estimates, just do the job…» He was very short with me: like I didn’t know what I was talking about, asking him for an estimate. He was very anxious to get off the phone, said he was on his way out to do a job. ***He should look into hiring a secretary, to make up for his lack of customer service skills***
