Another Limelight Deals certificate that saved the day when I didn’t feel like cooking. This is a very, very small place, just a tiny shack on the side of Table Rock Road. There is no indoor seating, although it appears there might be a couple places to sit inside a gazebo outside – we didn’t check it out. It’s mostly a drive-through business. The menu is limited, a few BBQ items with an assortment of sides. Hubby had a beef & chicken combo BBQ plate(it came with 3 sides – he chose sweet potatoes, black-eyed peas and coleslaw), I had smothered chicken on a bed of jambalaya, and my daughter had alligator on a bed of jambalaya. Next time, I’m going to have the alligator – I tried it and it was really good. The chicken was good also, as well as the jambalaya, which had a nice spice to it, not too much and not too little. Hubby declared his BBQ and sides very good, also. We all decided we’d eat it again. Service is quick and friendly. The two dishes came with jambalaya, but they said we could substitute other sides if we liked – they were very accommodating. Prices are a little high, but BBQ always is. For the amount of food, I think it was OK. It was definitely more than we could finish. All in all, the food is good and we’d go back again.
