This is our go to Mexican food place in the rogue valley! The Sangria is sooooo good!!! And also worth the wait is the Jalisco burger. It takes a little longer to come out, but it is probably the best thing I’ve ever eaten out somewhere. No joke. The grilled onions, and the chilis are amazing. The service is always fast. You won’t regret it!

It was super busy for a weeknight or not enough people working-it took a LONG time to get water and chips and salsa-the chips and salsa were awesome though-we ran out of chips and asked for more but it never happened-they were too busy. Food was good not great-I probably would not go back as I am from out of state and there are so many other choices in the area.

My husband and I stopped in here a few nights ago. It was incredibly busy, but it was worth any wait we endured. The chips & salsa NEVER ran out before more was being offered to us. His soda was constantly getting refilled, and I had a bomb virgin strawberry margarita — absolute perfection. Our dinners were on point. We were treated well from our entrance to our exit, and we will be back again to enjoy the great food and service. Thank you!

This place was great! I was visiting from California and was definitely suspicious of its authenticity, but it meet and exceeded my expectations. The service was great, servers and staff were friendly and very helpful. The wait was short, the food was served promptly while during the short wait our waters were always filled and chips and salsa constantly replenished. The food was good as well. I got the enchilada and taco and it was great! The taco shell was made in house, perfectly crispy and the Chicken was very well seasoned, especially with a little of their house made salsa! The cheese enchilada was flavorful and the beans and rice were quite tasty. I would definitely recommend this place if you’re in southern Oregon looking for some good Mexican food!

Thanks to Unilocal we decided to try this for takeout after a long day’s drive. Chicken fajitas were some of the best we’ve had. One order served two amply.

A group of 10 were here for a Sunday lunch. We were very well taken care of and the food was very good with average prices. Recommended!

Mexican food in Oregon? Yes please if it is from Mazatlan. I had some sort of seafood plate with fish, octopus, shrimp, scallop etc. It came out in aluminum foil because it is steamed. Never had it before, can’t pronounce what it is but it was fantastic. Great friendly service.

Bar none the best fajitas in the Rogue Valley. My wife and I will share one order of fajitas and walk away stuffed. Also, we get all the chips and salsa we can eat. Good stuff!

We did take out and were in and out in under 15 minutes. Staff was very kind and welcoming. Food was plentiful and delicious! We are vegetarian and were happy to know that there is no lard in the beans. A great find!

Went there for lunch with a buddy. First time. They have got a nice and reasonably priced lunch menu. I went with the chicken burrito and asked for it to be topped with green sauce. No problem. Great service so far. Very friendly. Not a long wait, but of course, as I do at every Mexican restaurant, ate too many chips and salsa before the entrée shows up. Burrito shows up with rice and beans on the side. Very tasty. Cleaned my plate as did my buddy. Feeling good, just about the right amount of food for lunch. Waiter shows back up to check on us. We tell him everything was great. He asks, «Free ice cream?» My friend and I look at each other, sure why not? So we say, «Yes, two.» The waiter asks, «Two?» We say yes. Why not it’s free right? Waiter takes off. We thought everybody was friendly before, but now whenever an employee walks by they nod and say hi. Waiter comes back with two servings of a very large scoop of ice cream inside of a fried flour tortilla topped with strawberry sauce and whip cream. Me and my friend are in disbelief. This is free? What the heck? My friend is one of those very happy, effusive types. Maybe they REALLY liked us. We get started on the ice cream. It is very good, nonetheless, neither of us are able to finish it. We start laughing at our good fortune for such an awesome lunch. Still not believing the free ice cream. One of us says(I don’t remember who), «Do you think he said«Fried ice cream?» Oh crap! We realize it wasn’t our charm that got us free ice cream, it was probably our stupidity that got us two fried ice cream sundae’s. We wait for the check to see which it was. The bill arrives and we flip it over. Of course, the bill lists two fried ice cream sundaes. All said and done, with tip, we are in for an over $ 30 dollar lunch. This for a couple of guys that usually will go for a $ 5 foot long at Subway. Oh well, a good story to tell our wives and reaffirm what idiots they married. Aside from the sundae fiasco, I recommend Mazatlan Grill and will go back. Good food and service.

Very very nice staff, from door to table! Seem very down to earth, staff knew many families by name. Food was quick and very tasty. Portions are quit large, I had to take a doggie bag home.

Every Time we come here the staff is always so nice and helpful. The chicken fajitas are some of the best I have ever had(that’s what I always get at any Mexican restaurant). The prices are very reasonable and portions are plentiful. We will be back whenever we are in town. Keep up the good work!

A small town, locally owned Azteca in a nutshell. Your standard Mexican food fare, free chips and salsa, and burritos galore. Tacos al carbon were delicious and very comparable to others I’ve had. Service is quick and friendly. Would definitely stop by again.
