I had Wayne come out to make an estimate on windows in a renovation of a 1889 building. He was clear and honest about what he was best suited to do, and what someone else should do. We had some homework to do before Wayne could start.
I asked Wayne to then come to our home to look at a window where the dual pane had failed. He gave me a fair estimate which I accepted. He called a couple of weeks later to schedule the install which he did very efficiently, and the window is like new.
Wayne is easy and pleasant to work with, competent and good at his work. I recommend him.
