It hurts me to give a 2-star rating to this place. The staff is friendly and the place is clean. However, when you screw up and order two days in a row, it’s warranted. We arrived before fishing at 8:30 am on Monday and ordered two sandwiches, two bagels, coffee, tea and a muffin. They gave us the order and we walked to the car. One of the bagels with jelly was missing. We went back in and they gave us the missing bagel that was suppose to have jelly on it. They knew we were driving and left two packets of jelly in a bag — with no knife, etc. And, how are we suppose to put it on? Would they give you a bagel with cream cheese and not put it on? Simply customer service. And, this place is loaded with workers. It looked like at least five were working. There was one other group besides us. The next morning I came again on my way to Watertown. Ordered a large tea, bagel and muffin. And, specifically asked nicely if they could please spread the jelly on the bagel. She said it wouldn’t be a problem. They gave me a bag and set me on my way. I drove north on 81, reached in to grab the bagel and there was only a muffin in the bag. Enough said.
