I brought a laptop in for service and things didn’t go smoothly at first. A call to Staples headquarters brought the issue to the attention of the store manager, Jarrod, who contacted me and straightened everything out.
It is reassuring to know that they stand behind their commitment to customer service.

Excellent Store! They know how to help a customer and get them on their way. Yay! Fully stocked clean shelves and lots of items to choose from. I’ll definitely go to Staples for my office supply needs.
