as a guy it is very tough to review as i don’t look real good with a man-​purse… but the smiles on my wife and daughters face make the trip inside worth while…
the purses are so expensive once you buy it you can’t afford to put money in it… which is the purses primary purpose…
it’s well lit, upscale and fancy…

Went in the store to buy a couple bags with my husband. As we entered the people that worked there totally ignored us. I think it may have to do with the fact we are young and people decide to focus on older people because they think they have more money. I continued looking at the things I wanted and we continued being ignored, other people came in the store and were greeted right away. We decided to leave and go shopping somewhere else because this store just didn’t deserve our money.
Tips for the people that work in high end retail stores:
Don’t discriminate young folks, sometimes they will spend more than the older people your focus your attention on.
Make sure you greet every customer as they walk in the store (This is BASICS)
Don’t act arrogant because you sell for a famous brand. It’s not your brand and you don’t make that much to begin with.
Remember your job is all about customer service.

Coach Store
I had traveled up to Napavine Wa. for my Aunts 80 th birthday, I wanted to buy her something special so I talked her into going to the Coach Store at 1310 Lum Road in Centralia, Wa. Right when we walked into the store we were greeted by the tall handsome man named Jacob with the most beautiful purse which matched his outfit magnificently, After looking around the store we had decided on 2 bags and 2 wallets.
Jacob was very patient with us and had a personally plus. After ringing up everything, and
wrapping them all up. My 80 year old Aunt asked if there were a pouch made in the purse for
her small hand gun. So Jacob ran around the store showing us more purses and yes he found the most beautiful leather bag with outside zipper for my Aunt convenience. You made
My Aunt so happy and she had the best birthday ever with the special bag with a pocket for all her precious little toys. Jacob you are an asset to the Coach stores I am sure you will go far.”…Good Luck your an Angel.

This is the best store in this mall. Great buys and the service is wonderful. Sometimes they have a line to get in. We need more stores like this and less of the Christian outlet???

Very good, attentive sales reps. Our lady held our things while my wifie took a day to decide if she really loved the purse she found. While my lady searched high and low the sales rep gave us the lay of the land and where to go did eats and what to avoid.

Love it here. I bought my first Coach bag here, and 5 years I’m still using it and it still looks brand new. I’m pretty rough on my purses so that means these bags are very well made. It’s definitely earned it’s keep. I’ve purchased more than 1 purse here since then, and I will continue to purchase my purses here. I’m a Coach addict, and this is the perfect place to feed that addiction, especially when they have big sales. The associates are also pretty knowledgeable and very friendly. I’m already plotting my next Coach visit… it’s almost time for another purse! :)

This is a great place to buy Coach bags and products for WAY less than you normally would. Why would you pay $ 350 for a purse when you can find the same one at the Outlet store for $ 150? It’s a no-​brainer people.

I’ve been to the Coach Factory Outlet twice and got awesome deals on my purses. It doesn’t get much better than 80% off in my opinion! It was hard to choose just one thing because their selection was so big and varied. The sales associates were really friendly and helpful, too. I’ll definitely be returning when I want more Coach products!

I give this store only a three for the simple fact that they have nothing other than a few belts and wallets that are men’s. There is a broad selection online however nothing here.
I know, I know, how shi-​shi of me to even put that out there, but guys do like the finer things in life as well, especially if you can afford to do so. There is a real reason why women love to shop, and that has to do with the cool stuff that can be purchased. Good way to boost your business, how about getting more things for men to shop for as well.
