If I hadn’t needed a pit stop, I never would have discovered Centralia to be an oasis of antique shopping. All my life I’ve wanted a mangle to cut down on my electric bill and live a little greener. Needful Things had three. All needing sanding and new paint, but I couldn’t believe such a terrific pre-war appliance still existed these days. My heart was utterly taken by a victrola, a turn of the century school desk, and a stack of Samsonite suitcases in back. There’s a handful of more recent kitsch that doesn’t quite fit with the store’s aesthetic, but details, details. As soon as I have more space, I’m coming back for furnishings. The treasures here are unlike many I’ve ever seen and all for more than reasonable prices.

Cool guy stuff in this store. They had lots of old hubcaps, some cool old car parts, tools, cameras, games & records. Some stuff was priced really well while others ran high. I found something I really wanted and they took 20 percent off which was perfect.
