I had to go to this pharmacy in an emergency and an HOUR after the prescription was called in I was informed it’d be another half hour MINIMUM because they apparently, according to the cash register girl, don’t fill anything until you show up. The girl was very snotty, refused to make eye contact, or answer questions, apparently she was so busy that questions from customers were just an inconvenience. If I wanted to spend all day at a pharmacy and be treated like crud, I’d have gone to Walmart.

The store staff is always lovely (5 stars). The pharmacy staff is hit or miss… but when they miss it’s a doozy (0 stars). I’m not quite sure why there is such a difference in friendliness between the store staff & RX staff either. It’s a shame.

The pharmacy here is awful. Time after time they messed up my order. Finally I had to transfer it to another company.
The store itself (excluding the pharmacy). Is pretty good. They remodeled awhile back and I’ve always received good service when I need it. So Basically… pharmacy 1 store 4.

Worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to! Horrible drive up window service. Lots of workers that barely speak English and very sassy /​rude. Lack of customer service is overwhelming. Calling corporation office next… yes they are that bad.
