This dry cleaning place is the worst. I wish I was never going there. They are thieves and they charge whatever they want to even though the store name is $ 1.95. I brought an outfit that they charge me extra and I paid beforehand. When I came to pick it up, they said they didn’t dry clean it bc of this and that. I said I want my money back, the very cold, not friendly person behind the counter said she’ll credit it to my account, which I agreed. Yesterday, I went to bring a jacket for dry cleaning, she said she’ll charge me $ 2.95, I said ok but I have credit in my account and upon verifying she said I have nothing and I saw that arguing was pointless, so I grabbed my jacket and left. Please DONOT go to this dry cleaning place. I’ve never experienced this before.

Do not go here. They ruined my st. john dress and just told me that it was already like that. I’ve never had such an unprofessional dry cleaner who claimed that’s all they can do after they messed up my dress. Professional dry cleaners always look at the clothes carefully before they accept it and ask the customers to either sign a waiver form or reject the items they cannot handle. Because their only interest in making money cost me thousand dollar dress which I cannot even replace because it is no longer available for sale.

I’ve been here a number of times as I live close, and I can’t find anything cheaper and better. I wear a lot of suits and have brought expensive clothes here and I have not had any issues. I can’t say the customer service is the best, the lady at the front is usually pretty rude but I guess you get what you pay for… I haven’t had problems with my clothes being switched or getting back items destroyed, etc. I can handle rudeness as long as my clothes are fine.

There is no price listing on the wall or anywhere. I brought in a long sleeves shirt, she charged $ 1.25, i brought in another shirt 2 wks later she charged $ 1.95. It is ironic that she was playing christian songs and yet she runs dishonest business. She is friendlier to koreans.

I turned in 6 shirts for cleaning. Got back 3 shirts that were not mine. Took them back. They have no clue where mine could be. Have no answers. Scarry how unorganized they are.

Remember to bring CASH or checks. They don’t accept anything else. Also, it’s prepaid! Come prepared! I’ve been going here for almost a year and I’ll make the extra mile drive because of the pricing. But not ALL things are $ 1.95– yet most are. Like shirts, business jacket, slacks, skirts, dresses. If it’s an overcoat it’s $ 5 and some special items like suede and leather. It’s always been the same lady every time I’ve gone and she’s always been nice and courteous. Nothing over the top or where I didn’t feel welcome. Why only 3 stars? It was just okay– I would like to pay with credit card and the items that aren’t $ 1.95, I would just want clarity.

DONOTGOHERE! I took a home decorator item in for dry cleaning. Came back and it had been laundered, faded several shades and extremely poorly pressed. This item was 2 weeks old now no longer matched the pillows that were made at the same time. It has taken me more 4 months to get reimbursed for this item. I have called repeatedly, given them a receipt for this item 3 times(they asked for a fourth), left messages galore and getting a return call was like pulling teeth. Treated rudely and disrespectfully. Probably the worst experience I have ever had with a dry cleaner and oh by the way, this item did not cost $ 1.95 to clean!!! Giving a review of one star is gracious, if I could give zero stars I would.

Great price. Awful customer service. If the employees/owner can put the phone down when a customer walks in it might improve their business!

I posted my previous review for the WRONG dry cleaner! This $ 1.95 Expo dry cleaner is awful. They handed me 2 dresses that were someone else’s and couldn’t find my clothes. I don’t think the left hand knows what the right hand is doing in this place. I now take my clothes to the fabulous $ 1.99 Cleaners at 108 Lee Hwy by the Dunkin’ Donuts. THAT place is fantastic and I would highly recommend it!(See my previous review). Excellent customer service and very professional.

They put someone else’s sweater in my batch and lost my blouse and they had no idea where to look! Be aware and find another dry cleaner instead. They are cheap but you get what you pay for. She told me I would have to wait 2 weeks before they follow up and may be they will find it when someone else returns it! Pay $ 1 more and go somewhere else.

This is my go– to place for dry cleaning for my normal everyday work clothing. This is a much more reliable place than Zips as it is much smaller and I feel like my items would less likely be lost. My clothes are always cleaned and pressed and available next day at 5pm. I did notice on one of my bebe silk shirts that a button broke off in half. If I caught it before when I picked it up, I would have mentioned it to the owner but I caught it weeks later after I brought it home and since I have a replacement button, it was not that big of a deal. However, I would not recommend taking expensive clothing to this place or any 1.99 place for that matter. I take my dresses and suits to the dry cleaners located in Fair lakes Shopping Center.
