Just got stuck in your drivethru line for at least 10 mins. Nothing moving no talking from the speaker. There was 1 car in front of me at the speaker. About 3 – 4 cars behind me so I couldn’t get out either way. Finally the cars behind me all move out of the way and leave so I can get out. I go inside to see what is going on. I ask if they realize people have been stuck in the line and she said no. She said their register went down. Now I completely understand that there was nothing they could do about the register going down but what they could have done was come out and let the people know what was going on instead of leaving everyone stuck. To not even think hey maybe there’s people out there is ridiculous. So instead of ordering there I left with at least 10 other cars throughout that time. Had someone come out I would have been perfectly fine going inside to order. I normally eat there a lot. I will no longer be eating there.

Every Time I come here they can never have my food ready. They always ask me to park in the front. The order screen doesn’t even work so you don’t even know what they put on there

My husband and I were running errands and wanted a quick bite. We thought hey, let’s go through the drive thru real quick and get some burgers and sandwiches. We ordered then came around to the window and they asked us to go park up front because our meal wasn’t ready yet. But they did offer us free fries, which my husband said no thanks. When we parked we waited about 10 minutes for our food. When the man came out, he said we had to kill and de feather the chickens and was laughing. I started laughing too because it was funny we had to wait awhile for our food. He did end up putting free fry’s in the bag, but no napkins. Not sure why there are no napkins at this location. LOL

I do not like this BK, The service is beyond crap! My families warm Oreo brownie deserts were made like crap and smelled burn. They have no napkins, hello I have young siblings THAT NEEd NAPKIns!

Would like it better if they would not have you drive around and wait then forget your order and you have to go on to get it and they say I was just bring it to you! Next te I am not moving :(
