I have bought alot of furniture from liquidation outlet and they treated me quite decently, I’ve not had problems as the other comments, I don’t understand why they are giving such harsh reviews. My experience with this furniture store were just fine

beware ! scam artist! the owner is an indian man that takes your money gives you a receipt and tells you to hold onto it or if you lose it he has no responsibility to give you what you paid for. i purchased $ 430.00 worth of furniture there. i kept my receipt i went back to tell him i’m ready to have my furniture delivered and he said «no, i owe you nothing. you cannot come to me with a receipt and tell me i owe you anything. how do i know if i delivered that already or not?» he refused to give me what i paid for! he even told me and my mom to give him our receipt because it is no longer ours and it needs to be handed over for him to write void on it. he ripped it out of my moms hands left me and my mom crying. he scams! i am going to take him to court. please save yourself from trouble and do not purchase anything from him he will rob you!

I wish I could leave negative starts. WORST furniture buying experience of my life! First of all, the warehouse is dirty and disgustingly crowded. The guy running the place, sits at his computer the entire time. He didn’t look up at me once while he talked to me. (I know my own stupid fault, I should have left right then and there.)
When I got there, I specifically asked for a king bed set and he points me to them. I decide on one I like and we discuss the payment details and how much more it would be for a mattress and it seemed like a fair price so I decide to go for it. I tell him I need it delivered, he says fine, that’s a $ 60 fee. Whatever, that’s cool with me. I swipe my card and pay. Then delivery day comes and the delivery guy tells me it’s a $ 65 fee, in cash at the time of delivery and I’m like wtf?! I already paid with my card, he says its cash only. Well thanks for telling me that when I ordered. I don’t have cash on me, so they keep a night stand and tell me I can pick it up when I take the deliver fee. Fine whatever. Delivery guy leaves and I notice that all of the boxes say queen and not King. I call the guy to complain and find out why and he says that I paid for a queen and not a king. And I’m pissed but trying to keep my cool. Why would I want a queen, if from the beginning of the sale, I was asking for a king?! He says he was trying to save me money, again wtf?! Turns out it’s only $ 160 difference + tax for the king. Like no. I would have paid the difference to get what I actually wanted. Anyways, bottom line, don’t do business with them. Unlike their page, unfollow, boycott with me lol, just don’t waste your time and money here. Now I have a pile of furniture in my livingroom that I don’t even want. And what sucks is that I paid over a grand for it.

I cannot believe this place stays in business. I just moved here from the east coast and in an effort to keep the expenses down as we currently have two households (one on each coast as we move) I went to this place.
Thankfully I did not purchase a full house of furniture as I originally intended to do. Something told me to be conservative before I spent too much there. I am so grateful for that!
While I was in the store everything went smooth, I ordered a bed for delivery and the sales clerk was as accommodating as he could be. HOWEVER, on the day of delivery a guy showed up and asked where the bed should go. I told him upstairs in the master bedroom, he said that he does curbside delivery and well that’s just how things go. He left a king size bed completely dismantled in my dining room.
Now, I am a woman and I am on the shorter side of things. There was no way I was going to be able to haul that bed upstairs. Being brand new here, knowing no one I was just stunned. The driver said he wished the clerk would be more upfront with customers.
I told him I would never go back.
Fortunately I was able to assemble the bed so I have something to sleep in tonight. But in the end I want to be certain everyone knows to steer clear of this place. They need a new delivery guy at the very least.

I can not stress to you how terrible the management of this place is. I came in to purchase a bedroom set with my two year old son and the owner completely disregarded me and any questions I had. I had to ask him over 4 times about the bedroom set that was on his ad and he never gave me a straight answer. He would just point and mumble «there, over there» while rolling his eyes like I was completely bothering him. I also asked him the type of wood that the furniture was made of and he replied «who knows and who CARES!» Then I asked if I could get a larger rug that comes free with the set and he literally yelled «NO» before I could even finish my sentence. To top off this whole mess of a trip, the man yelled at my son for running around. Are you serious? I work in sales and I have never in my life met someone so rude and awful. I’m pretty sure this man was under the influence of something, It was a horrific experience. No price is worth this type of treatment.

We came to this «store» from Merced. Theyre supposed to open at 11am we got there exactly at 11 and no one was there. We waited until 11:32, finally someone showed up. The store is a mess, most furtinture is not displayed enough to view it most items are up on cases. The worker stated he was only filling in and when we asked questions he was rude!!! We asked about a price on a sectional he said one price then we looked at something else and noticed he changed the price of the sectional we just asked about. We asked about another color of the sectional and he replied, «what you see is what you get» so we left purchasing nothing because of him!

I wonder how this place stays in business. It is filthy, crowded, and no one there to help. The owner sits behind his desk and ignores all customers. The majority of the furniture is propped up against the walls. Furniture is not displayed at all for you to see. It was a joke and a waste of time and gas driving there. It looks like an old storage shed filled with junk. Do not waste your time.

Very filthy, nasty and smelly. Rude ownership. I asked a simple question, and he was very rude with his answer. If you do not have cash in hand, do not expect to receive any service, even simple answers to simple questions. Very disrespectful. He told me to money, no answer in a very sarcastic tone.

geez where do i start?!?
no address on the building. broken down cars in the parking lot. the building itself is decrepit and street side signs are in tatters. 2 filthy looking fat guys sitting on lawn chairs out front must have been the customer service, although i left without inquiring. various other shabby looking furniture overflowing their garage/​front door. and obviously the owners bright yellow Humvee blocking the main entrance.
