I picked up a pizza and took it home. When we picked up the first slice it had a long black hair dangling. It looked like most of it baked into the dough. I called the Marcos and the person who answered apologized and said he’ll re do it. We couldn’t wait for Another pizza and go pick it up, my kids were hungry, so the guy said he made a note and added my name to the log for a free pizza on next order. The following week I called yo place that free pizza order and the manager/owner said that he could not give me a free pizza because I was lying to get a free pizza since he never heard of this incident! I wish I would have taken a picture of their nasty hairy pizza. I was so mad and just told him that he had terrible employees and poor hygiene and I was better off never trying there pizza! This happened early last year. Rude owner and lazy employee for not following up. Wear hairnets!

Ordered a large supreme pizza last week. The pizza had too many onions and lacked flavor. The pizza was also the same size as Pizza Hut’s $ 6.99 Medium pizzas. No more Marcos for me. Pizza Hut is way cheaper and has better flavor.

I love Marco’s Pizza! I’ve used them many times over the past few years! They have a special where you can order a large pizza w/3 toppings for $ 10. Great pricing and extremely good quality pizza!

Called to order today because I received an email that they had a special deal for mothers day. i was told«that must be a corporate thing, you would need to order on line» so I asked if the online system was working because I knew it had been down. the girl says«no it’s not working». OK so you send me an email I call to order but you cant take the order because«it’s a corporate thing» isn’t that part of being a franchise?

Last night, one of my co workers ordered two pizzas, pepperoni and combination, they were the best pizzas I have ever tasted! The delivery guy was really nice and friendly. Great job!

Super impressed!!! Love love loved my pizza and bread sticks. Just moved from the Bay Area and was hesitant on getting pizza here from a name I’ve never heard of, and we don’t like the run of the mill Pizza Hut/mountain mikes etc. the cheese sticks was my favorite part. Soooo good!!! And easy pay and order online and quick pick up! I’ll be back.

I am a loyal customer to this place. I love it. If you never been here be prepared to take the pizza home because they don’t have a dining room. I loved the Hawaiian pizza. I got that with the garlic butter mixed with ranch crust. It was excellent. I’ve never had bad service here.

They have always messed up my order. I talked to the manager and He fixed the issue; even though I Had to go pick it up when I ordered delivery. He was nice and even wrote a free pizza on a piece of paper signed it. However, I tried to use it the next week but they just said its not official and the shift supervisor wouldn’t take it. Will not return!

I ordered a large two topping pizza last night(04.04.12) over the phone & explained to the employee that I had a customer appreciation card which entitled me to a free pizza. The card states that on the 7th visit, the pizza is free. My card was stamped 6 times indicating that last night was my 7th visit. When I arrived to pick up my pizza, the employee/manager told me that i was not entitled to the free pizza because the 7th hole was not stamped. When I explained that the card stated the 7th pizza was free, she said I was wrong. She then proceeded to tell me that I needed to purchase something to receive a free pizza(which the card does not indicate as well). As a loyal Marco’s pizza customer I am VERY dissatisfied with the service I received last night. I am a business owner & if I treated my customers the way I was treated last night I would not be in business very long. The customer is always right. With MANY options in the area, Round Table, Bob’s Take & Bake, Valley Pizza, etc., I am considering taking all future business elsewhere.

I’m thoroughly impressed with the marketing attempts done by Marco’s Pizzeria. I received a letter in the mail asking why we haven’t been there in awhile. Rather then calling in I’d like to publicly list our pros and cons. Please keep in mind that the cons aren’t a very big deal. One of the reasons why we haven’t been back is because the last time we ordered it wasn’t the great experience we had the first time. That and the order wasn’t exactly correct. Another reason is due to money being tight and the fact that we try to be a healthy couple. Pizza is a fantastic treat but we can’t afford to make it a weekly meal. I’m not positive that you aren’t already offering a healthier substitute to your normal crust. But if you aren’t then it would be great if you added a thin crust to the menu options. But at the end of the day I’ll certainly go back because they really do make a great pizza and I’ve never had an issue with the customer service. well other then our order being wrong. And frankly, people can be bought and when I receive coupons n deals in the mail it leaves me intrigued
