The last couple months this location has really gone down hill, ever since they brought in a manager from the Tully/​Standiford location. Management doesn’t correct mistaken orders; they treat you like it’s your fault and can’t possibly be their inept employees fault. They don’t train anymore, just throw em out there to make random crap that wasn’t ordered. We went through the drive through tonight and it took almost 25 min to order, pay and get our food. As soon as we got to the window the kid (no more than 16) says «hi, how are you?» And then runs away to wash dishes. Seriously? Two stars cuz the food (usually) isn’t bad and is pretty consistent.

I was offered if I wanted to donate money to the child’s hospital which my god daughters at (yes of course) Alexandira made me feel really good about my donations saying if you every wanna see your name hanging up you are welcomed to look next time in side I did two donations !

Every time I go there their registers don’t work right, takes them forever to swipe my card. Then last night it would not work at all. The feeling I got from the worker was that the problem was my card. That’s funny, because I pulled out of the parking lot and went to Carl’s Jr near them and they only took one swipe.
Time to get new registers.

Clean inside. When they mess up you get free cinnamon twists LOL. I eat vegan. Tortillas and taco shells are vegan. Order bean tacos and burritos without cheese add Fresco and all if good in Vegan Land :) the staff here is friendly. Good stop for quick lunch.

This Taco Bell and the one on Coffee are the best 2 around! Tastes great every time. Clean restaurant. Fast staff. No complaints here!

Every time I have eaten here I have gotten sick. I have been eating Taco Bell my whole entire life and never have I gotten sick at any Taco Bell. I have lived in Ceres for 10 years and every single time we eat here we all get sick. I don’t know if it’s the way they cook the food or what but I will never eat here again!

So i’ve been going to this Taco Bell for 3 years because it’s the closest one in my neighborhood. But you can not imagine how many times this place has PISSED ME OFF the 3 years I’ve been going. Every damn time (and you can expect this as well) I order Doritos Locos Tacos «SUPREME» they charge me for supreme but ALWAYSSSSSS give me the REGULAR! This happens to me 3 out of 4 times every time I go to this location! How hard is it to add tomatoes and cream? I keep going thinking they will get it together but last nights experience really pissed me off because it never seems to fail. Yeah they gave me the tacos for free but it’s very irritating to go home and expect something but get something else, to only find out you were even charged extra. This can’t be happening over and over seriously this is such a small things that can lose business. Try it one day, Order supreme tacos and those @%$*# will charge you but give you regular because it’s too damn hard to add a few more items! PAY ATTENTION TO DETAIL!

I have had it with this taco bell! I am disabled anddepend on people to get food for me. Taco bell is the only fat I eat. I ordered 2 chiken soft tacos about a month apart. THey came back and the chicen was this yucky shredded clump of finally shreddedded chicken the 2 time itwas shredded beef mush Yuck,

I’m pregnant and have had the Taco Bell on Plaza Parkway numerous times and have not thrown up. This place made me throw up. YUCK! No thank you!

GROSS! that’s how I would describe *this* TB. Sure, its a chain fast food but everyone knows a different location can determine quality of the food.
This place misses the mark.
