I went here for the first time today. This place is okay. I was looking for a scarf with an anchor print, but they didn’t have any. I asked one of the girls for help, but she said that most of the scarves they have at the moment have springtime patterns. Summer is coming up, I think they should update some of the merchandise. I hope to see more summery stuff the next time I come here. (:

I bought a nice scarf and some hats from there a while back, I went there today looking for something specific that I didn’t find, a necklace with white metallic and red in it. Jasmine was very pleasant and friendly, and came over to me to ask if she could help. She has a good fashion sense and suggested that red with gold would be easier to find, although they did not have it, i found what I was looking for at another store, and came back so show her that she was right. She liked what I found :-) and said it was cute. Great customer service!

I was referred by a friend who told me this store has really great sales. I’m a bridesmaid in a friends wedding and she put me in charge of jewelry. Any-who I came in the store completely lost I was greeted and assisted by one of sales girls named jasmine she was really nice & helpful and not pushy like most sales people are. I was in and out of the store in no time and on top that the jewelry was 20% off. Definitely coming back, but one thing they should work on is the store appearance it seems really compact and overly crowded. Other than that I had a great experience.

Worst service ever. Everyone in the store tells you where the sale items are and then when you go to purchase your items nothing is on sale. The girl at the register took about 15 mins to ring up 10 items. Never coming back here.

I was in your store today not knowing what to expect and two of your associates assisted me and it has been a long time since I’ve had great customers service in that manner, the young lady Kay and young man Gab know their stuff I am excited to show my friends all the goodies I bought. On top of the great selection they have great deals, next time I am in the Long Beach area I will visit again. This is my new favorite store

I am not an easy customer, since I know what a real customer service should be. I was in retail for 30 yrs!
I love this store. Inexpensive fun, fashion jewlery. Been shopping for months.
What I like about the store, beside the goodies, the people who work there are really cool. They are around enough to let u know, if u need help,
But they leave u alone to shop. I love that about them.

Never come back here — Very horrifying and RUDE customer service. I tried on a pair of earrings, the sales associates came over and told me that if I tried it on, I would have to buy it. There were NO signs saying that or any warnings that said «Do not touch» or «Do not try on». Then, I told her that there were no signs. And, she said that she would tell the manager. Of course, I left. More power to them. Buyers be ware!

The customer service at this place is really bad. I asked about an unmarked item at the counter and the girl working there rolled her eyes and looked away and began ringing up a customer behind me. She kept telling me to wait while she finished her other store duties. She finally asked the manager how to price the item and the manager gave me a ridiculous price. I just left the item and took off.

This is one of those stores that has so much going on that you just know you’ll find something that’s cool but inexpensive. Well, I didn’t find anything, but there is real potential. If you are looking for some accessories that are a little more grown up than the items at Claire’s, but not too pricey, this is a store worth checking out.
Most items are $ 10 or under, although there are some items priced higher. I do believe you often get what you pay for though, so you may not find many high quality items here.
It’s worth a quick glance if you looking for something to add to a costume, or are someone who likes having a lot of accessorizing options without breaking the bank.

This store I believe is new because I hadn’t seen it prior to this visit. The majority of their merchandise is accessories. They’ve got really cute jewelry. It’s a little too over priced, considering none of it is brand name objects. The cashiers are friendly and there is a check in special :)
