Incredible customer service! Couldn’t be better. I bought an EZUP from Jim about a year ago but last week it blew into the bay — with the weights attached and got pretty beat up. Took it in and Jim replaced a few struts on it sold me a new canopy and it’s good as new. Can’t be beat for customer service and a great product. Yes you can buy a cheap one at Big 5 or Costco but if something happens to it — who you gonna call!?!

I had a great experience today buying a canopy at the E-Z Up Factory Outlet in Cerritos. Jim, the manager of the store, was very helpful and knowledgeable. I had many questions on how to set up and take down the canopies, how much they weighed, etc.; and Jim was able to answer all of them. I like how the showroom has samples assembled of the different product lines of canopies they have, so you can easily see what they really look like before you buy one. They have many styles and sizes of canopies, which gave me a lot to choose from. They also carry accessories for the canopies if you wish to purchase those. They have things like weights, side panels, stakes, etc. They also carry parts for the canopy frames. I love my new canopy! I highly recommend E-Z Up Factory Outlet in Cerritos.

I recently spent over $ 1000 for a canopy and table cloth for a special event in Reno Nevada known as Street Vibrations. We used the brand new EZ up canopy side by side with a old Coleman brand canopy to protect our display cases and personal items from sun and rain. To my surprise it started raining hard on Sunday. The Coleman brand stood up to the weather like a champion, while the EZ up brand leaked like an roof built out of straw. On a brighter note our companies logos looked awesome on the canopy, side wall, and table cloth. This morning I brought my experience with EZ products to the sales Rep’s attention(Alex) and he told me that he would mention my defected product to the managers attention. I have not heard from them since. I hope that they will make this right for me in a timely manner.
