They can sometimes be hard to reach by phone, but they have always been knowledgeable and courteous when I’ve done business with them. I work for a safety equipment rental company, and we rent confined space equipment, some of which Icon Provides me with replacement part, and/​or service on. They have a decent turnaround time for parts, and their prices are right where they should be.
