Sears Optical

I want to give 5 stars so bad because this place is the best! The doctor is super nice and friendly and same goes for her staff. They never pick up the phone! That is the only reason for 4 stars.

I’ve been coming to Sear’s Optical for the past 3 years. I was invited to meet Dr. Truong from my friend. She had mentioned that Dr. Truong was very thorough in her exams and very polite. I had told Dr. Truong that I have been getting frequent headaches. After the exams, Dr. Truong was able to identify that I had a slight stigmatism that other doctors had failed to find.
After my exams, I proceeded to head next door where I could pick out my frames. The sears optical team was very helpful and were able to save me a great deal of money. They have a lot of the latests styles in frames and great pricing. I picked up a few pairs of RayBan glasses and sunglasses. I have been complimented on them all the time because of the 2 tone colors.
One of the benefits that I’ve used from Sear’s Optical is that my glasses were scratched and I took them back, paid a small deductible and then got my new lens put in.
Great customer service and very thorough doctor.

I went to sears yesterday had a pleasant experience. They had wonderful customer service. I was in the kids department the man said do u need help, if u need anything let me know. They had a lot of sells a lot of 50 percent off. You should go check them out! The other hand I could not find my daughter dress size for Easter :(

I have been going to this Sears Optical for about eight years. More specifically, I have seen Dr. Truong for the same amount of time. She is an excellent optometrist! She takes the time to listen to you and answers any questions you might have in a way that is very easy to understand. She is caring and always pleasant to talk to.
Dr. Truong is always very thorough in her exams. She made sure that I was qualified to have LASIK surgery and referred me to a qualified place to have this surgery.
I highly recommend Dr. Truong as your regular optometrist. If I could give her more stars, I would. Don’t hesitate to go to have your eyes checked by Dr. Truong.

Does anybody know if jennifer still works at sears optical. she’s helped me pick out frames and with pricing for the past 4 times that i’ve been there.

I am a first timer to Sears Optical and walked in Wednesday around 2:15pm, to ask about getting an eye exam and glasses.
Jennifer, the attendant at the frames section, answered my questions about pricing and some lens, and showed me the lens sample. I wanted an eye exam so she helped jot me down for an appointment for 2:30pm. While I was waiting for my appointment, she let me browse the selection at my own pace.
The eye doctor for Sears Optical, Dr. Truong, walked over to get me after she was done seeing her last patient. She is a very cheery person and easy to talk to. She thoroughly explained the steps throughout my eye exam without prompting, answered questions without sternness and took time with my tests.
Even though it seems like it should be a given, meeting a doctor that is nice, knows what they are talking about, doesn’t make you feel rushed or stupid for asking questions is such a relief.
I finished picking out glasses after my exam and Jennifer help fill out my order. I ended up getting a pair of prescription glasses and prescription sunglasses, there was 40% off the first pair and 60% off the second pair promotion. I used credit card, the eye exam doesn’t count, but you can get Shop Your Way Rewards SYWR points when you make a purchase at Sears Optical.
When I was there, someone needed help in Spanish, sadly, Jennifer does not speak Spanish, so bring someone along to help translate so you can get helped too.
