I always get great service here. The guys are helpful. They help u pick out style and wash best for u. They are attentive but not creepy when your in the fitting rooms. I highly recommend shopping here for your denim needs.

Okay let’s be real, I came in here to redeem my free TEE shirt. Since I can no longer afford to pay $ 180 on a pair of jeans, I minus well get a free tee out of what I did spend before on True’s when I did have the money! It also helped that they had a huge sign plastered on the windows that state«FREE True religion Tee when you try on any pair of jeans!» I walked in, I did want to try on their Jeggings, so I tried on 2 pairs, the dude that was helping me, I forgot his name, but he was nice at first… he came by my fitting room, and asked how they were fitting… might I add, this was literally like 30 seconds in, because I was still applying my LIPSTICK! So, I told him, I was applying my lipstick and I hadn’t tried them on yet. He said. Oh okay, then he came back 2 minutes later… and he asked if he could take a look at me in them… …I was like, hmm… strange! but maybe its because he wanted to make sure I had really tried them on? So I allowed him to because what do I got to hide right? So he’s like those are nice. blah blah blah. I looked at the tag and they were $ 180 –_– so I’m like. no thanks not today, I waited for him to offer the free tee… HEDIDNOTBRINGITUPATALL! SO I had to remind him! «Hey aren’t you guys having the free tee with the jean try on?»…he’s like oh yea, we only have XS and Large left. I’m like thats fine, let me do the XS… and he bitterly went to the back. Brought it out, and rang me up for them at 0.00, with a stank face the entire time. I was carrying a VS bag, and it was full. He asked if I can put it in my bag… I mean, okay. I understand if this was a Ma and Pop store, and I know this is a free shirt, but damn! this is a huge brand/corporation, that are making millions… don’t be sheisty and give me a dang bag! shiet! Corporate provide those bags free to you, its not being deducted out of your pay so why the hell be so damn frugal? I REAAAALLLLY dislike those who act like it’s their property. Let’s all be real, you ain’t a CEO, you ain’t a VP, you just a regular damn employee, so don’t be so sensitive when it comes to your bags, and if there’s a customer thats spending $ 180 or $ 500 on jeans and they ask for 2 or 3 extra bags, so WHAT? give it!!! Well, at least I got a cute free tee! :D

Okay all I wanted to do was a simple exchange. I was undecided if I wanted the same pants in a different size or a whole different style denim. There was 2 guys working there, both completely useless. They didnt know right from left. I asked for a certain pant while in the fitting room and was brought something else completely different. My level of fustration got so high I took the denim that made me semi content and i will not wear them until I go to a more fitted store with customer service people that actually know there product. Dont come to this store unless you already know what you want and no need for help. Oh and alot of sizes they were missing! ughh

I’m a designer denim virgin and the friendly employees made the transition smooth. This place must be hit or miss, because I received very good service here, while others have not. When I walked in, my friend and I were immediately greeted. The saleswoman who greeted us, Ericka, showed us the denim bar and helped us the entire time. The denim bar is where you look at samples of jeans. After you pick what you like, the workers there will grab them in your size and arrange a fitting room. The jeans I wanted were not available in my size at this particular store. So I asked them to locate a pair on their database, which they did at their Newport Beach branch, and placed an order to have it shipped from there for $ 5 – 10 for shipping. I appreciated the effort. For clothing this expensive, you expect good customer service and they lived up to expectations for sure. You can also have them hem your jeans at the store for around $ 5-$ 10 as well. If you’re petite like me, you should check the selection at Nordstroms first, as their alterations are free. Directions: The store is on the northeast side of the mall. It’s located near the Apple, Foreign Exchange, and Love Culture stores. The storefront is small and easy to miss, but the store space inside is deep.

When I first walked in the store, nobody even greeted me they just kept on with their conversation which I thought was very rude it made me want to turn around and just walk out.
