My husband went to this store to see what was going on with his Samsung S5. Apparently it needs to be replaced. They didn’t have a Samsung S5 in-store so it needed to be ordered and shipped to our house. My husband noticed the shipping address was different in the system and asked the salesperson to change it to the correct address. Later that day, I get an email with shipping confirmation saying it has been picked up from the facility and is being shipped to the wrong address. My husband called the Cerritos store to speak to the same salesperson that helped him and the salesperson said he would call him back in 10 minutes. Well 10 minutes passed and no call, so my husband calls again. Another person told my husband that he was busy researching the information and to wait for his phone call. Well my husband didn’t receive a call back. Hours passed and I decided to call the(800) customer service number. I spoke to someone over the phone who changed the address to the correct one and she said it would take longer to receive the phone because of the change. I’m really disappointed in the service we received. We have been with Verizon since 2008 and have stayed with these high prices because of the service we receive. I guess that’s going to change real soon.
