I would have given 0 star if I could! My son and daughter went there to have routine exam because I thought that it specializes in children. They went there in 2014 and 2015, the result was no cavities, everything was good. My son had some fillings before he went this practice so I was pretty happy and surprised! Because of insurance, I have to change dentist, and their new dentist showed me the x Ray, my son has 5 cavities and my daughter has 1. With my son, some of his cavities aren’t new… they have been there at least 9 months.
Chop pediatricians are the employee of Chop so it doesn’t matter how many patients they have and they will make the same amount of money. Is it the same case in this practice that’s why they didn’t fix my kids’ cavities?

I have been to the Chadds Ford and Aston offices with my son. The care he received was good, however the office staff/​scheduling/​customer service is awful. Just scheduling an appt took 4 telephone calls lasting 15 min each with lots of confusion and at the end I was told they don’t even accept my insurance anymore so I would have to private pay (I mentioned my plan at the start of each call!!!). So frustrating. I will never return.
