I can’t say enough about this branch of Extra Space. Harry was as professional and friendly as anyone could hope for, and the process could not have been any easier. Paperwork is simplified by the computer system that allows you to initial and sign electronically.
A HUGE bonus is the availability of the moving truck at no additional cost.
Storage businesses are a dime a dozen. This place is the best by far.

I am giving this place my first 5 star review and that is due to Harry, the man running the Chadds Ford Extra Space! I dreaded having to put all my beloved «junk» in storage, but Harry made the chore a bit less sad. He was polite, mannerly and I could tell he takes great pride in his job. He has a great sense of humor and he keeps the whole area clean and safe. He was able to answer all my questions and I have no doubt that «all my stuff» is safe in his care! If you need long or short term storage, this is the place to go. It is rare to find someone that puts the customer first and cares about his work, but this man does both. The gate is open every day until 10pm, so getting to my things is never a problem. The units are very clean. I highly recommend it!
