Communication is key to building a home. A good system of communication between a builder and owner allows for healthy dialog and trust. It speeds up the process and ensures that the builder is providing what the owner is asking for. The the owner has the vision. It is the builders job based on experience to implement that vision taking into account budget, logistics, and constructability. Lack of communication causes distrust between the builder and owner and can lead to problems during design and construction. Premier’s ability to communicate during construction helped my wife and I have the home we always wanted and we would build again in the future. I would highly recommend Alan, Brad, and their staff.
