Horrible! The receptionist was rude. The service was substandard. They cheated me out prepaid services. To make matters worse it smelled like they had sewer problems(maybe the rude receptionist just had bad gas.)

Just had a wonderful experience at Studio 247. First time here. It’s in the cutest renovated house. Parking is around back, off May Street, in a parking lot shared by the businesses next door(pull all the way around for the Studio 247 lot). Very friendly and upbeat receptionist. Had a massage by Kori, which was one of the best I’ve ever had. Perfect pressure, relaxing music, and great length. I originally came here bc I had groupon, but this will become my new place for massages!

Wow, what a difference a new owner and a good coat of paint can do for an establishment. Will try to keep this short and sweet… I had visited Studio 247 fall 2011 to redeem a Groupon for a Brazilian blowout, cut and color. My stylist was wonderful and did an amazing job. But I gotta say, what a depressing environment! Can’t explain it other than to say it felt like NOBODY who worked there was happy. First wk of July I was preparing for a month out of town, looking very shaggy and needing some serious help with my color! Went to Unilocal,searched for salons but found no others right near me that offered Redkin color. With some hesitation, I called up and talked to receptionist(such a sweetie!). She ended up putting Pearl on the phone to explain the ‘deva curl’ to me. Turned out Pearl the new owner and even though she had no openings before I left town on Friday, she moved her schedule around just for me! Ended up staying until after 9pm to get me all fixed up and I haven’t had such a great cut for my wavy/curly hair. Proof positive a second chance can be a wonderful thing… Keep up the good work Pearl!!!

I purchased the groupon for a Brazilian Blowout. I have had this process done before and was very excited about the groupon, since it was a great discount. My treatment was done by Pearl, who was very energetic and friendly and not pushy at all. She is a real expert in providing this service and answered my very technical questions with no hesitation. The salon itself is very cute, located in a small house in Chagrin. I thought it was well put together to serve as a salon and spa. I was very satisfied with the service and I will definitely return to the salon for this and other services.

worst salon customer service EVER, however the prices are those of an upscale place. don’t be fooled. a bunch of bridesmaids went in to get updos for a wedding, and they charged whatever they felt like without an explanation. my experience there was like hanging out with a bunch of sorority sisters. they don’t care about making the client happy, they’re more interested in chitchatting with eachother. the owner, tamara, and the manager, donna, are both jokes. they don’t return phone calls and lack any sort of professionalism. i would avoid this salon at all costs! chagrin falls has a lot of great salons that have excellent customer service and great talent!

Nice variety of services, but the atmosphere is like a factory: get ‘em in and get ‘em out. I had a manicure done by Tamara, who was perfunctory, a little rough and kept wandering off in the middle of whatever she was doing – filing, polish on one hand, etc – to attend to other things. I felt like I was in the way from when I walked in the door. Don’t expect to be treated with even the minimum of courtesy or to get any kind of relaxing experience. But if you just want something done quick and dirty and don’t need friendly service, this is your place.
