Service and delivery team ruined my shopping experience at value city furniture. They deliver damaged furniture and promise to repair it but they will never do it properly. Service and delivery agents show no signs of delivering good customer experience. All they do is deliver damaged furniture and send a service agent after 2 weeks to repair a brand new sofa. Worst customer service ever. I will never shop at value city furniture again.
