Swat Pest Control

SWAT Pest Control is a great company that my family, friends and I have been using for MANY years. They are always courteous, knowledgeable and on time. I can’t understate the importance of those three things, and unfortunately many businesses lack in that criteria. I don’t think many of us think about rating exterminating businesses on Unilocal but for SWAT I will make an exception.
The owner, Scott, is a great guy and a die hard Eagles fan. He works extremely hard and runs a very honest business. Any time I have had a problem, whether it’s insects, rodents, anything– they take care of it. In addition, I know that they do exterminate at several Jersey shore points as well if you have a shore house.
Again, I highly recommend using SWAT and I have yet to hear a bad word about them from a long list of people I know using them.

I called SWAT to come over and look into a rodent issue we were having and have put off correcting. SWAT arrived for the appointment 30 minutes early, usually a good thing, but in this case I was on a scheduled phone call (I work from home). The exterminator came into the house, spoke with me for a few minutes, then walked around a placed 12 bait traps in different areas.
Yes, that is is. Nothing else. No flashlight, no clogging of holes, just placed the bait and left.
I emailed the company afterwards because I could place bait traps myself, why bother spending $ 130 dollars for it? The company didn’t try to call and talk to me, instead they wrote an email saying they would be over to pick up the bait boxes. I never emailed back to confirm I was okay with them coming back yet, early this morning they pulled into my driveway to collect their items.
Originally I was upset at spending so much for something I could do myself. (Ordered all the supplies from Amazon for only $ 40 dollars…). However, seeing how they treat upset customers makes me happy this whole experience is over. Shame on you SWAT and your lack of professional courtesy to at least call an upset client to talk about things. I was hoping to talk to them to avoid coming onto the review sites. Hopefully they are better at the other services but for mice control I recommend doing it yourself.

My family has used Swat for years. Friendly service, gets the job done right the first time, and is always punctual.
