How are they getting worse, i really like Hardee’s. Id rather them over the other burger /​fast food joints around chalmette. Every time i go i know its not gong to be fast, the first thing you hear over the loud speaker is «Please hold» then a couple min then you get «Go Ahead» then you wait in silence and when you go to repeat they cut you off with your total. You pull around, probably hitting the sharp curve, and nobody is in front of you. They take your card and give your food really quick with the attitude of hurry up and leave me alone. Ok whatever i guess i can put up with that, but lately they seem to be really skimpy my «Mile High bacon sandwich» only had a couple bits of bacon.

Took 15 min for ONE Double Cheeseburger w/​NO cheese. Then they give me a burger WITH CHEESE… And it’s not like they were real busy. The store was empty! Drive thru & lobby
