Subway

The look of disgust, on the faces of the female employees, as I walk into this place, is palpable. I’ve had my office, located in Chalmette, for 1 year. I’ve probably visited this Subway location 10 times. ⁹⁄₁₀ times, these women looked like ruined their day. Considering the trash who frequent and loiter around the «Magnolia Discount» gas station/​convenience store, located next door, you’d think it would be refreshing for them to have a polite, well spoken, customer come in. Nope. The 1 time I experienced employees there, being friendly, was an evening when 2, young, guys were working.
The last time I was there, I’m certain the woman was high on something. I had to repeat every request multiple times.
After 9 strikes, and a complaint to corporate, I finally gave up.

Never again will I ever come back here! I bought a foot long meat ball sandwich and the meat balls were so disgusting!!! They were so hard and burnt. How do you mess up on meatballs? I thought they just heat them up? Well I called and complained and they kept telling me they will get a manager to call me back. That never happened. I will never spend my money at this location again. I don’t recommend this location to any one.

The Paris Rd., Subway for whatever reason is much more polite and efficient than other subways. The staff is always greeting you with a friendly smile and loading up your sandwich and salad with plenty of vegetables. If you have the option to eat Subway in Chalmette, I recommend the Paris Road location.

I went for the ‘5… $ 5 footlong…’ But much to my dismay, that promo was over. Sooooooo then I had to embrace the daily special promo… #methinksNOT!!! So I got my 2^nd fav… #veggiedelite (salad on bread) yummmmy!!!
Prepared as I ordered, while I watched, as is customary. Cool.
Nice sandwich preparer. And too was the guy who cashed me out.
No complaints… Only an observation, some of the sandwich toppings were absence. Think they were «pre-​cleaning», no biggie, I had the basics.
