Trans-Plus

This taxi service is awesome. Driver Dina picked us up in a timely manner was very personable. The car was comfortable and the ride was pleasant. Experience was so great I used them 5 times on my trip to New Orleans.

I have a lot of experience riding in cabs but that’s mostly in New Orleans and Metairie. I found myself in Arabi, needing a ride, which is when I looked to Google to help me find a local cab that could bring me from Arabi to Downtown, New Orleans. My first choice was United, but I was told by their dispatcher that I’d need to call a taxi cab service in St. Bernard Parish. I ended up calling these guys.
After dealing with so many New Orleans cab companies I was pleasantly surprised when the dispatcher answered. Instead of getting the standard «Where ya going?» I talked to someone that seems to remember a taxi company is part of the service industry!
The driver was a friendly woman named Dena. The car was clean and she knew exactly how to get me where I was going. On the way to my destination Dena informed me that the company was a brand new service for St Bernard Parish. (United might be in trouble in the future.)
I paid with my debit card through their little swipe thing on her phone. Which was a great convenience as I had little cash on me.
