I cannot say enough good things about William Boyer. My dad passed away last year and my mother had some work that needed to be done on the house before putting it on the market. Unfortunately, none of us kids lives close enough to be of any help with this. My mom found William through an ad he placed in the local paper and she gave him a call to do a couple of small jobs(touching up some paint in a room, power-washing the house, etc.). He showed up on time, was very professional and did a great job at a reasonable price. A few months later, my mom was faced with needing a bigger job done — painting the basement. She didn’t hesitate to contact William again. Despite having a full plate already, William immediately understood that the work needed to be done as soon as possible in order for the house to be «market ready» and came out right away. Unfortunately, the time required to do the job right was more than he first anticipated — but he honored his promise to my mom to have the work done ASAP and fit her in right away. He clearly outlined the work involved and broke down the cost — and the cost was very reasonable for what was involved. He answered any questions my mom had and ensured she was at ease before beginning. What I am most impressed with is that despite fitting the work into an already busy schedule and doing so at a reasonable cost, William did NOT cut corners in his work. He clearly takes pride in his work and was clearly dedicated to doing the job right. He even called my mom a few weeks after the job to ensure everything was OK. Not only did he do a great job, but he went above and beyond and did a few extra things for my mom to help her out. Knowing that William is such a hard-working, honest, and caring individual gives us kids who are scattered across the country some peace of mind — we know mom is in good hands.
