I took my 18 month old son here to play in the ball pit/toddler section. This was his first time being at an amusement center so he was a little shy about playing at first. The whole place was dead except for one other little girl who was interested in playing with my son. I was yelled at by an employee for being in the ball pit with my son and helping him through the equipment set up for the kids. I was really annoyed considering they were NOT busy at all and the fact of the age of my son he obviously needed help from Mom for some stuff. We were there for 10 minutes… they wouldn’t refund me and they wouldn’t allow me to give his wrist band to another child. I could understand if they were busy why I wouldn’t be able to play with my son but they were NOT busy this day. Even the parents of the other child couldn’t understand why they wouldn’t allow me to help/play with my son. Besides that this place isn’t very clean, the balls in the ball pit were filthy and the place itself is just plain outdated. I can’t understand what all the hype is about this place. We won’t be back here again, and I’ll make sure I spread the word!

I love Cluggy’s! We first made it there after visiting my nephew who lives nearby. What a great place to take the kids. It consists of an indoor and outdoor play area: outside there are go-karts, golf and other activities. Indoors there’s batting cages, electronic bowling, video games, a climb and slide area for kids and a fair sized birthday party seating area. Its about 5.00 for unlimted time down the slides & chutes/ball pit area. Lets get down to the food, it’s OK, what do expect, seriously? Pizza is alright, boardwalk fries are to die for though. Drinks arent overflowing with ice. Tokens for games arent hard to come by, usually they have a coupon at the front desk for ‘bonus’ tokens. All and all its a good distraction for the kids.

I am not sure what the other reviewer is talking about. I have been going to Cluggys for 10 years and they change and update all the time. Cluggy’s is not part of OTW so that guy is so wrong.

I’ve been coming here off and on for 10 years or so. It seems like they really aren’t keeping up with the times, and aren’t doing anything to really get more people to come. I know they have the Off-Track Wagering right there, and this is to keep the kids busy, but they’ve got to step up their game…
