Food is OK. There are better Chinese restaurants around here. Menu lists a variety of «king crab» items at significant markup, but when you receive them you realize they are 100% artificial crabmeat.

Why didn’t someone think to put a Chinese restaurant in Saint Thomas sooner?! This would have saved me several trips into Chambersburg to satisfy my cravings for an egg roll and a bowl of hot and sour soup. No matter, those days are long gone, and Egg Roll Queen is the perfect spot to delight my taste buds and appease my appetite. Egg Roll Queen features all of the foods that are expected from an Americanized Chinese restaurant. General Tso’s Chicken, wonton soup, shrimp fried rice, crab rangoons, and egg rolls(obviously) can all be found amongst the large variety of selections on the menu. Lunch Specials start at just $ 4.55 and dinner specials at $ 6.55. Great prices for a large amount of food! But come on, none of this is news to those who frequent Chinese cuisine. What makes Egg Roll Queen stand out is it’s dine in setting. From the outside you would think the restaurant is a dive, but inside it is quite lovely. Classy décor, comfortable booths, and great service are what can be found behind the rugged exterior. The food is excellent; always hot, and always delicious. Saint Thomas needed this addition to our limited dining options! If you live in the area, or you are just passing through, stop in to Egg Roll Queen, and let them serve you the best Chinese food in 10 miles. You won’t be sorry.

We were driving around tonight and the sign made us hungry for egg rolls. It was a wise stop! The prices were very good, ingredients fresh; spring roll, pork egg roll and shrimp egg roll were all quite delicious and we will be back soon.

Good food, served piping hot and very reasonable prices. We started with shrimp egg rolls that were very tasty. They were $ 1.20. I had a small wonton soup which had 5 wonton. It was only $ 1.10. My wife had Kung Po Shrimp($ 9.25) which was very good, spicy enough with tons of shrimp. I had shrimp egg foo young($ 5.95). We will definitely be back.

This is an actual Chinese restaurant, and not just a small carry-out place. I like having the option of eating in, picking up, or delivery. I always judge a Chinese restaurant based on the Crab Rangoon: it is not the best I have ever had, but it is very good. My family and I eat here about once a month for our«Take-Out Friday.»

Deceiving but surprise inside ! The exterior in no way reflects the very nice and comfortable interior. The menu selections are many and the lunch offering are comprised of many combination offerings. The Mrs had Pork Lo Mien and I had chicken chow mien. Service was prompt, food delivered piping hot and was very flavorful and fulfilling. Was our fist visit here and had expected to walk into an open expanse with menu selections on the wall. We were faced with comfortable booths in a clean and comfortable environment. Based on the quality of the lunch we will be visiting again next time we head out for St. Thomas. They are establishing their business in this location but are well known in Mercersburg as Egg Roll King. LOL
