Extremely unprofessional. Pretty sure the owner is psychotic after the email she just wrote to my husband. Not sure who she reports to or I’d have her job. Do not do business with this company. I am counting down the days when we can sell our house and not give this woman another dime of our money.

I would NOT recommend anyone employ this company to manage their property. On several occasions our tenants paid on time and PB Services took weeks to pay us. They do not return phone calls, are extremely disorganized and made changes in the leasing agreement without our approval.
