Actually 3.5 stars, not 4. Wait staff were attentive and friendly. Speed of service was very fast, but still gave us enough time to finish our app before the entrée came out. The food however was unremarkable, not bad but not something I would remember and want to come back for. We had shrimp and grits and the jambalya pasta, not bad but def not authentic. But then again it was as expected for a national chain restaurant. The drinks here were pretty good and the bartender was nice as well. Price was good.

We came here for the salad bar & ended up trying some other things, too. My husband was very keen on the fried shrimp & the onion rings, while I was fine with the bourbon glazed salmon & squash. Our dinner was made all the better by our very personable & accommodating waitress, Fallon. Incidentally, the salad bar was excellent, too – very fresh items.

Stopped by from lunch break. Facility looks nice. Waiter was great however he was training a new hire that would come strong about 15 seconds after our waiter and ask the same question. Annoying… Food was good no complaints there and restrooms clean. Had grilled chicken sandwich and partner had hamburger which was actually a good size.

I ate here around 8pm on 11÷21÷15. I ordered grilled salmon with a loaded baked potato and broccoli. The food was good and cooked very well. I really have no complaints. I was a single diner which in my experience can be good or bad. Tonight I could not have had a better experience. My waitress, Alexa, was so kind and attentive, but not overly so. She saw that I was obviously thirsty and brought me more water plus a small pitcher so that I wouldn’t run out. Sometimes dining alone can make you feel weird or be treated poorly and that was so not the case tonight. I had to leave in a hurry and Alexa made sure I was taken care of. Way to go Ruby Tuesday of Chambersburg! You did a great job.

I ate here for dinner on 11÷8÷15. This is my first time visiting a Ruby Tuesday establishment. Pros The salad bar was filled with incredibly fresh produce, and while small, was very good! My steak was incredibly flavorful! It was cooked slightly unevenly, but it was still very good! My boyfriend said the he really enjoyed his bacon cheeseburger, and we both really liked the fries! We got the New York cheesecake for breakfast and it was huge! It was a very nice size for the price! Our waitress was also very pleasant and our food came out at a reasonable pace. Cons This particular establishment has a huge heating problem. The dining area is extremely cold. Many people, including myself, are dining with our coats still on. My boyfriend’s first glass of water had some sort of residue floating on the bottom, so we had to exchange it out for a new glass. The biscuits that they served us were very dry, and I did not particularly like the flavor. I did not like the breading or texture of the shrimp served with my steak. This establishment is pretty average. While the food is good, it’s nothing really spectacular. I would definitely return here again for a steak, though, as I really did like the flavor!

August 29th, 2015. I stopped in for an early lunch. Kately served the Coral Trio, Lobster Tail, Shrimp, large Talapia Filet, salad bar and Steamed Broccoli. $ 19.99. Delicious and you can’t beat the price. As the Germans say,“Mittagessen war ausgezeichnet!” Lunch was excellent! I will be back.

Only good thing was the Salad bar. waitress seemed in a hurry and rushed customers. Male manager on site can use a haircut. Bbq chicken flat bread was meh. Chicken had no flavor and bbq sauce tasted like Kraft. Typical chain restaurant that can be better.

Boyfriend and I went for our anniversary, it was okay. It was super busy and the food was just alright, not anything special.

Be willing to WAIT for your food. I love Ruby Tuesdays. Adore their burgers, love they cook them med rare and rare… However, I come at off times, like 11:30am or 4pm, and find service VERY slow, waits for food INSANELY long. It should not take 30 – 45 minutes for a burger, but does, regularly. It also takes forever for the check unless you ask for it when your food gets to table. I usually get good food here, but the wait once I have ordered can be shamefully long, especially when the resteraunt isn’t busy! That is why I give 3 stars Also, you have to go to the bar for«curb side service» despite the signs in the lot… Kinda kills the idea of curbside huh?

If you need to take a break from driving, this is a pretty excellent roadside food option. Salad bar is fresh, clean. Not a *ton* of salad bar items but all the basics are there. Except for dried cherries and raisins which most locations have stopped providing(because of cost perhaps?) Pricing is set up so the salad bar($ 8.99) can be had a la carte, or for $ 3 more you can get something like a bbq chicken breast or small sirloin steak and 1 side(e.g. baked potato) with the salad bar. Pretty much a no-brainer to do it this way. A win-win for the customer and for Ruby Tuesday. Way better than scrounging fast food options, and a better respite from the road than Chipotle.

One of the better locations I’ve been to for this chain. I like them all and have never been disappointed by any but this one is exceptionally good. They always seem to be revamping their menu selections

Waitresses can be quite slow as they are usually sitting around talking to each other. But the hickory salmon is great. Salad bar is nice since it is a side order.

Everything about this location is very good. Clean, courteous, great service, filled glasses, tasty food. Salad bar is wonderful. On a Wednesday evening the place is full of patrons. We had the salmon and seafood tilapia. Both yummy.

There were a LOT of flies here. I know Ruby Tuesdays is a chain that has some kind of pest management contract, so this is just inexcusable. The server was WEAK. Our party of three – my mother, my wife and me – ordered two apps to share and no plates? Really? I walked over to the«garden bar» and grabbed three plates and waved at the crowd of servers hanging out at the bar. They didn’t seem to comprehend the gesture or even pretend to care. The«jumbo shrimp» are not jumbo, FYI. More flies. The funny thing is, I had a conversation with the chef, who I think was getting his own salad from the«garden bar» when we walked in because I was reminiscing about my earliest Ruby Tuesdays visits back in the early 80’s. With great pride, he told me about the first location and date(I had no idea) and we chatted a minute about the restaurant industry(I have some background).

One of the better outlets for this chain. A definite cut above in food, service and cleanliness. I travel through this area several times a year and have never been dissatisfied. I usually stay an exit south from this location; I do not mind the short drive and minor hassel. Preston did a commendable job in the wait department.

I’ve eaten here twice in the past year and both times, I was given the wrong item! The first time it happened was with takeout, which was a real bummer. Then tonight my guy ordered hot wing mini burgers and was served hamburger mini-burgers! Our server was quick to correct the mistake, but come on, how can our orders be screwed up twice in a row?

This is a franchise I know but if you didn’t know that walking it you would think it was just a great restaurant! Food was great quickly served with wonderful service. Even the lobster was perfect. Alex did a great job, thanks from NJ!

Although this is a standard chain restaurant, this particular franchise went above and beyond it’s normal practices. The food was tasty, on time and the service was excellent. They made a mistake on our bill an with a drink order but they fixed the bill and gave us a double drink for free. For a chain this was a great experience.

A chain restaurant, but I have to give this Ruby’s four stars. Ruby’s recently opened in what used to be a boring hotel restaurant on the east end of Route 30 in Chambersburg. That end of town really needed something. I always liked Ruby’s as corporate restaurants go, and I have to give this one credit. The décor is nice, the wait staff was efficient, and the food was excellent. I am especially partial to the burgers because there is a big variety and you can get chicken or veggie in place of the beef. Husband and I both got burgers(he beef, me chicken) and the awesome raspberry tea. We will definitely go back. One word of warning – the parking lot is terrible, and if you must park across from the restaurant in the lot off Walker Road, proceed with caution. It’s nice to see Chambersburg finally getting some decent eating establishments.
