Omg love. I actually think I’ll go there tomorrow. I was terribly confused when I walked in but everyone was so friendly and nice they helped a lot! They have amazing chocolate milk and subs! It feels like a nice hometown store

I visited this creamery because I buy their milk from whole foods. The best and the most natural milk I have ever had. You cannot go back once you have their glass bottled organic grass fed cow milk. The creamery had great coffee and ice creams and delicious subs. They also have a branch in DC. I highly recommend this place. They also stress on about recycling their container and reusing the glass bottles

What a scam!!! Feels like big city Lancaster. You get the Omish feel until you go to the cash register. Way over priced.

Stopped in here for a late lunch on the way out of town after two days in Chambersburg and now wonder how we could have ever missed this place. The service is friendly and you can have a made-to-order sandwich that will knock your socks off. The rolls are incredible and the meats are the best quality. My son had a pretzel roll sandwich that he loved. My wife and I got hoagies that were outstandingly good. We marveled at the perfectly prepared vegetables and greens on the sandwich. The onions and tomatoes are sliced paper thin and the green peppers are finely diced. We each had chocolate milkshakes that are the best I have ever had. There atmosphere is roadside plain but the great service and outstanding food make it a must try in Chambersburg.

This place would make you a milk lover even if you always hated the taste of milk. You haven’t lived if you did not taste their milk in the glass bottles(wash it out, bring it back for a two dollar refund/deposit). I run into their stuff at my local MOM’s store, had to taste it and was hooked ever since. Yes, it is a bit pricey, but when you get it, you have to break a layer of thick cream on top of the bottle, must be two-three inches THICK sometimes!!! Tastes as good as European butter(bring me this Kerrygold or Plugra). I would love to taste more of their farm stuff, maybe it should be a fun day trip for us sometime. But before it happens, I will rave/crave/celebrate their wonderful, out of this world MILK. Ah, I forgot to mention, I always get WHOLE milk… Would advise you to do the same. Have fun with all the cream on top! So delicious!

Trickling Springs was recommended(very enthusiastically) to me by several co-workers while I was in the area, and it did not disappoint. Great sandwich, fully loaded and well prepared. I would have bought ice cream and cheese if I hadn’t been on the road.

Yum, yum, yum! Yogurt, smoothies, ice cream, milk. I get their products at a local health food store — but you can visit their own store in Chambersburg. Love to support our local farmer coalitions.

Wife recalled the great Reuben she had here and we looked for it on the order list and it wasn’t there. They didn’t have all the fixins’ either, no sauerkraut or thousand island dressing. But she had corned beef and swiss on a Kaiser roll and enjoyed it. We were told they would make the sandwich and bring it out to the table. We were waiting and I pretty much finished my meal before going to the counter to see what was going on and apparently it had been sitting on the counter for pick up for quite a while. Conclusion, it was fairly busy even at the latter part of the lunch hour(1:15PM) and the counter help was stretched. I had the baked spaghetti luncheon special. It was a bit below average, but I did finish it because I was hungry. No reduced or no fat salad dressings available. I did enjoy the Maple Bacon ice cream on a sugar cone, so overall that salvaged this luncheon outing for me.

This place has great deli subs and sandwiches not to mention their ice cream. The sub rolls are so fresh! they also have a daily lunch bar which has a hot meal for a reasonable cost

The Chocolate milk here is amazing. It makes me feel like I am a kid again. I have always gotten my milk from the Dupont Farmers Market. ENJOY!

The first time I took my boyfriend there he said he would never go to a chain sub restaurant ever again. And he’s stuck to his word! The sandwiches are delicious, hearty, and worth every penny! The ice cream is amazing and the flavors range from standard to unique. They also have a great selection of chips(I’d recommend the Route 11[?] Sour cream and chive ones) and the homemade cheeses and milks are to die for. The staff is friendly, polite, and attentive. I’d recommend this place to anyone who like sandwiches(both hot and cold) and they even have home cooked meals(although I’ve never had the pleasure of trying them yet)

Great quality milk, cream, butter, ice cream etc. They make sandwiches here and the Italian on a roll was the best hoagie I have had south of Massachusetts! Delicious. Service is fast and friendly. Only wish the store wasn’t right on Route 11 because of the availability of out door seating. I’d be a regular if I lived nearby.

After trying their ice cream at Union Market in DC, I was hooked. I needed a break from DC so hopped in the car one day and took the drive to Chambersburg, PA(about 1:45 from DC). I got an italian-style sandwich from the deli and it was one of the best sandwiches I had. I imagine most of the ingredients were fairly fresh since the place is surrounded on all sides by farms. The real beauty though is the freezer at the storefront with 24 different flavors of their heavenly ice cream. There’s not much more to say other than this was the best ice cream I’ve had in my life. The people were incredibly friendly, the food was outstanding, and the ice cream was the best.

Absolutely !!! A real dairy with real ice cream. Cherry with real cherries. Good thing this place is in PA or I’d be here daily I have been back from the trip and I really miss the Ice Cream.

Delicious chocolate milk, regular milk, butter, ice cream, heavy cream! Ice cream is soo good, rich and creamy. And a ½ gallon at $ 5.17 is well worth it for the freshness and taste. Butter is fresh and rich/creamy but pricey at over $ 6.50 per lb. Not 5 stars because: If I’m not from the area and would like to have purchased the milk/heavy cream in a glass container instead of a plastic container. I shouldn’t have to pay an extra $ 2.00 deposit fee for let’s say, a ½ gallon of milk purchase. That brings the cost of the milk to almost $ 6.00 for a ½ gallon, which even with the great freshness/taste is pushing the limits of affordability for a simple glass of milk. For quality/freshness/taste/cleanliness = 5 Price/glass bottle purchases and return cost = 3 Overall = 4
