Auction liquidation, Inc. travels from state to state far from their corporate headquarters to sell items. Reviews on the web suggest that items are not authentic. Had my own difficulties. Their contract does not allow you to take them to court, but only to arbitration in their hometown. Perjuring themselves during arbitration is not may be immoral but it is not illegal and enforceable by law. Only way to resolve the dispute: you have to get a copy of their contract which they get you to sign but don’t get you a copy of during the auction. The contract says the auctioneer is not liable for what he says which goes against auctioneer law and so you can report them to the state auctioneer board where you purchased the item. That is the only way to get your money back. Otherwise their contract is ironclad designed by lawyers. Good luck.
