Best Bread Baking Company

Met Yosef at the Alpharetta market today and couldn’t resist getting a baked good from his beautiful booth. The dough was amazing, the flavor was delicious, and the price was fair. I highly recommend Best Bread Baking Company.

They were at the Norcross Farmer’s Market this past week. I bought a bag of freshly baked pitas home and served them for dinner. My kid literally devoured the entire bag over the next 4 meals. She finished them in less than 2 days and asked for more.
Thankfully, I had grabbed their business card at the farmers market and found out that they have a store. So off to the bakery we went today and she was glad to find more pitas instead of having to wait until the next week for the farmers market.
They are tucked in the back of the street but not hard to find. So glad to have found a great bakery!

One of the best Challahs in the area and love the falafel! The only reason they don’t get five stars is their hours. They’re only open when I’m at work, in Alpharetta. Which means, I rarely get the chance to enjoy the food.

Excellent bread, excellent stuff! Hope they can carry more items on a daily basis.

The rumors and rave reviews are true. Fresh and delicious everything. Pita. Babka. Borekas. Challah. Cash only. A gem.
During the week you can purchase from the Chamblee location and on weekends find them at the Sandy Springs Farmer’s Market.

Attention people! I have found the best bakery in Atlanta!
The baked goods in this small bakery is the real labor of love. The owner/​baker made the entire things himself all night long and while he sleeps, a woman, probably his wife, tends the store.
The baked goods here are OUT OF THIS WORLD! They are all fresh and sooo delicious! You should all come just for the freshness alone.
There 2 kinds of challah here: the American challah, sweeter, and the traditional Israeli challah, essentially water and flour. But don’t get me wrong, the traditional one is yummy AND healthy. You eat that for two weeks, you’ll grow hair at your chest and have arms like gun!
Try the heavenly chocolate pastries, oh my gosh! I think I have to stop writing and back to my munching…

Ooooh this was delicious. Since going to Israel a couple years ago, I’ve routinely craves tasty falafel around Atlanta. And the flavors here are spot on. Very simple falafel pita, giant falafels, salad, tahini, hummus, and squeeze bottles of sauces on the side (the spicy sauce is awesome, and you can never have too much tahini let’s be honest).
Will definitely be back.

I almost didn’t want to write this review because I want to keep the falafel to myself… but that wouldn’t be nice. I agree with David Z. THE best falafel in town.
The falafel comes in a pita pocket with fresh hummus, tahini, and salad. The falafel has a nice crisp outside and a perfectly textured (not to soggy or hard) inside. It also has a slight hint of lemon which I found refreshing. They have a herb-​y spicy sauce you can add to the falafel sandwich which is awesome.
The chicken schnitzel also comes in a pita pocket with hummus and salad. They top if off with a green sauce that was way too salty for me. Without utensils, I had to dump out the salad with the green sauce in order to get to the good stuff, the schnitzel. The schnitzel and hummus + salad (w/​o the green sauce) is great. Next time I’ll just order it without the sauce. In comparison to the falafel though… falafel wins.

Who knew the best falafel in Atlanta can be found in an office complex off Peachtree Industrial Road? Best Bread is so mysterious that there isn’t even a sign on the door to let you know you’ve found it. the only clue is a red «OPEN» sign. Fortunately my brother (of Toneto Atlanta fame) had the scoop, so I went to check it out.
The restaurant itself is merely a makeshift counter and a couple small tables. Most of the building is devoted to baking some of Atlanta’s most delicious breads, including the best pita this side of the Western Wall.
The menu is short and sweet – several Mediterranean classics for incredibly reasonable prices. My falafel sandwich was only $ 4.50, and it was stuffed with huge green falafel plus salad and tahini. I’d also recommend their Foul Medamas, Za’atar Bread, and poppy Babka.
Experience this place before the secret gets out.

Went back for some Jewish holiday stuff. FOUR different challahs, honey cake to die for, chocolate bobka, fresh pita, hummus, baba ganush (egg plant dip) various other baked treats i could not pass on. Stopoped at grocery store on the way home for some real butter for pure indulgence tomorrow morning. Also grabed some pimento cheese. Will be adding egg salad to the mix. I have died and gone to heaven. Find it, try it, put on your pjs and feast. Must have CASH.
