Love this location. Always nice. Better than Dunwoody where they always screw up order

Hate going in this DD. The only 2 people that have any inkling of customer service is the tall Indian guy and the Spanish guy. All of the women have really unwelcoming attitudes and are not helpful. I asked one woman to reheat my coffee bc it was cold, I didn’t drink it fast enough. She said they didn’t have a microwave. I said«well I have asked in the past for my coffee to be warmed and it was done.» So she took my coffee with her smart arse attitude and practically boiled the shite in the expresso stick machine with the froth thingy! My coffee was hot as hell! I had to wait 20 minutes for it to cool! Dammit! I asked her to heat it up not frickin boil it! It was frothy and I couldn’t even hold the damn cup it was so hot! Then another time I was there I asked if they did free refills for dine in customers(like my favorite DD on Holcomb Bridge). Expecting to hear«YES» and get fill up, I heard«NO» and she threw my coffee in the garbage, I guess she assumed I didn’t want it bc it was nearly finished! I wanted the last few frickin sips!!! I said, «I wanted that…» then I began to reason with myself whether I should demand 30cc’s of free coffee and be a real jerk off or just go sit my ass down and forget about it. It wasn’t that I waaaanted it so bad, it was the point that she threw it away! Wretch! Their WIFI is hit or miss. If the manager is not there no one knows how to turn it on although they have a humongous«FREEWIFI» sign up. They also apparently don’t understand English when the manager is not there either. I was asking if they could turn it on and the woman looked at me with a blank stare and wagged her head… CANYOUHEARME??? HELLOOOOOOOO??? They never offered to find out how to get WIFI up and running either. The coffee is iffy too, some days it’s good and some days I wind up throwing away my coffee because its either bitter or weak. The only thing I like about the place is the new set up. It’s very quiet and relaxing as long as there isn’t someone yapping on their phone or yapping too loudly to another person. It should be treated as a coffee shop, not a bar.

I asked for a small ice coffee with cream and sugar. Got a large ice coffee with no sugar

LOL @ this DD. Today it was windy and one of my dollars blew away because the cashier failed to hold on to it. She points and says, «it’s right there.» like she expects me to pull up, get out of my car, and chase a runaway dollar around the parking lot. I respond, «What? I can’t get it. What would you like me to do?» After pondering for a minute whether or not she should give me my coffee she finally says«OK» and hands it to me. Thank you, not my fault.

All the employees at this location like to play stupid when I tell them what I want. Two times I have gone through the drive through to get a cup of dark roast coffee and the guy gives me something completely different. This time I go into the store to order the same thing and the woman looks at me like I’m trying to order noodles. Apparently she has never heard of dark roast coffee. After 3 minutes, she finally gets what I’m trying to order. As soon as she tells me the price, she immediately sticks her hand out like I have the money ready in hand. She realizes that I’m getting my money so she goes to get the coffee. A minute later, I have already gotten my change ready, she is turned around chatting with another employee and stirring the coffee. I had to lean over the counter to get the other person’s attention to get her to give me the coffee. The register said it was $ 2.36 and that’s exactly what I have her. She slid back a penny and told me It was $ 2.46. Overall, I would avoid this branch like the plague. Three chances I have given them and all of them were horrible. They obviously don’t know anything about customer service.

I must say this particular DD has improved over the past couple of years. They have good donuts(of course) yet the rest of the food options could be improved to match. But I have to give credit where credit is due: the staff is very friendly and their smoothies are amazing(so is there hot chocolate). I’m not a fan of their tuna croissant sandwich but I do enjoy their hash browns + grilled cheese sandwiches. Also, one thing I didn’t expect were the prices. They are pricier than I would have expected for DD — it’s almost as much as a Starbucks.

This location was recently renovated and it seems to have changed ownership since I haven’t seen any familiar faces. The service is quick and sometimes they forget to put what you ask them to in your coffee… but it happens. It’s coffee and it has caffeine so really what more can you want for under 3 bucks. The drive thru gets packed but they move cars through the line a lot faster than some of the DD I frequent so kudos to them for that!

I am never spending my hard earned money at this particular Dunkin Donuts. The cashier was rude and tried to overcharge me for my bottle of Coke. When I pointed out his mistake, he simply replied«so», shrugged his shoulders, and then refused to correct his mistake. They can keep their crusty donuts, I’m going to Brookhaven(a few miles away) where the donuts are fresh and the employees are pleasant.

I’ve only used the drive thru at this location so this review pertains specifically to those experiences. I get coffee(and sometimes breakfast) every week day at this DD for about 6 months. Good: Although the line is sometimes long, it moves quickly. This is much better than some other DDs I’ve visited. Questionable: Over the last 2 – 3 weeks the price for a medium coffee has fluctuated randomly. Sometimes it was $ 1.91. Sometimes $ 2.00. Today it was $ 2.03. It varied and that tells me it wasn’t just a simple price increase which can happen. Really? That’s not a huge difference but it is really annoying and makes me wonder about good business practices. Bad: The staff at the window are, in general, RUDE. They don’t address you when you drive up, they don’t say thank you. They don’t interact with you in any way unless they have to. They don’t give you napkins. Today was the last straw and I’m not using this place any longer. Customer service is super important to me and that’s why this matters more than a fast line that(mostly) gets the order right. There is a Chic-Fil-A in the same parking lot that has coffee. Note: There was ONE person who worked the window sometimes who was super nice. If you happen to read this, I tipped you and am glad you were there!

This Dunkin Donut’s spot is A-OK. They;ve got the flavored hot and iced coffees, donuts, bagels, morning sammies, munchkins and other goodies that you love and expect from a DD, as well a drive through service and seats inside for eating. There is also a Baskin Robbins attached(win) for those days you just want to indulge a bit, after taking your lactaid, of course.

If your getting work done on your car at Nissan, this is the perfect spot to get some coffee, sit back, and enjoy the wi-fi. The service here is also very friendly and the of course the coffee is Dunkin quality. The seating is a little limited, but the coffee and wi-fi makes up for that!

This is a standard DD that’s been around for awhile. I’ve only recently been coming to this location since moving to Chamblee. Since I’m not working, I’ve visited in the mornings and mid-morning on the weekday. I was very surprised to see that this DD is typically very busy in the mornings and mid-mornings. I went last week(Friday) mid-morning(10 am) and every single table was packed. There was even a gentleman sitting outside because there was nowhere to sit and the line still had 5 people. There were some businessmen(and women) meeting, other people casually studying, and the older members of our community there chatting. Service can at times be slow when they’re busy but I am thankful that they at least acknowledged me. *** REDVELVET Donuts — DD recently came out with red velvet donuts. Honestly, I am not a fan of these. I was expecting something more cake like, but the red velvet was pretty dense and didn’t have too much flavor(at least at this location). Anyway, that’s my 2 cents on the red velvet donuts!

Been stopping here for several years but never got around to adding a Unilocal.Dunkin is a chain, of course, and we don’t usually bother to write about chain operations, but truth is we have this fondness — call it weakness — for DD coffee. Big time. It’s about the only coffee we drink. This particular location is one of DD’s smallest, unfortunately, but it has a pretty friendly crew inside who respond quickly and always seem to have full trays of donuts. It’s clean, there’s a drive-thru and parking is easy. And there’s the Baskin Robbins when we’re having an ice cream fix. So what else do you need to know?
