One the stingiest I’ve experienced with veggies. I’m not a finance or econ major but I’m pretty sure 10 more shreds of lettuce, 3 more pieces of spinach, or 1 more slice of tomato won’t run you into the ground. Can’t stand it. There’s one friendly lady. The other two are just robotic. The location is an older building and not upgraded either. Meh.

I’ll eat there in a pinch, but I am not a huge fan of Subway. There are places out there with FARRRR better subs.

Very poor customer service, I consistently go here and order the same thing daily tuna sub on flat bread. I get asked daily, «toast the bread»(who toasts tuna on flatbread)? On today’s visit the sandwich maker was actually forcing me to toast the flatbread. When I stated«no» she just haphazardly built my sandwich. I’ve had enough with Subway and their poor vetting procedures about allowing people to franchise using the Subway name. I remember when the sandwich makers smiled and took pride in their product. Not any more; today was the last day I go here.

Subway is an American food restaurant. If you are going to come from another country and be completely clueless and have no grasp of the English language, you will EARN your bad reputation. Even though it’s just a sandwich shop, you still treat your product like it must be the best ever as the person your serving is your most important customer. The food is mediocre, the service is tolerable when the English speaking girl is there, but she can quickly become overwhelmed. It seems they only hire family or Hindi only, which wouldn’t be so bad if they understood out culture and had a grasp of the language.

Never going here again. I’ve eaten at this Subway a few times before and each time I felt they were very slim on the topping and just trying to make my sandwich as cheap as possible. But that was not the straw that killed me. Last week I went in to get a sandwich. When I walked in one lady was putting toppings on another customer sub and a guy was working the register. The lady said hold on, I had no problem as I was not in a hurry. The guy at the register completed his trans and came down to take my order. I gave him the order and he looked at me like I had 2 heads. I then repeated the order as maybe he didn’t hear me. He made a noise that sounded like no. So I said are you out of montery chedder bread? no answer just like I still had two heads. Ok then make it with italian herb bread. Again like I had 2 heads. So I pointed to the bread on the glass as now I’m thinking he couldn’t understand me. So then he bends down and puts his head under the glass to try and see. Another lady way in the back then yells at him in another language and he then turned around and grabbed the italian bread out of the oven. After he got it out the lady yelled at him again. Apparently she didn’t want him to use that piece so he put it back and got one off the top shelf of the oven and cut it. Then again looked at me like I had 2 heads. I said I wanted meatball, no reply, meatball??, no reply just crazy look. At this point this was pointless. The lady in the back yelled at him in another language and he looked at me lost again. So I said nevermind and walked out. Thanks for nothing.

This location is very clean. The staff were polite and professional even to a wide variety of eclectic characters. Bread was fresh and soft, but the customer svc is what will keep me coming back!
