I have had three excellent rental experiences with Brandon at this location. He is always friendly, helpful and delightful to deal with. The whole moving process is stressful whether you are moving one sofa, your business or whole house. I have done all three. I went online today for the phone number and noticed and read the reviews. I am really sorry for the two one star review people who had a bad experience. My review is directed to those who have had a great experience who, like myself, haven’t taken the time to write a review. I highly recommend this U-Haul location. The service, the price, the staff is all excellent. Brandon helped me and my family the three times we have needed this service. As far as the third review, I am sorry but I have to go there! You did give four stars, but I believe you meant to say incompetence rather than incontinence. It was hard to take it seriously, but thanks for the chuckle. Give these folks a try and do write a review.

I wanted to have a trailer hitch installed at this uhaul location. The uhaul website has you purchase the installation online, select a preferred day for the installation and then uhaul is supposed to call and confirm the appointment. This location never called me to confirm the appointment so I called them. Long story short, I’ve called multiple times and still don’t have a date set. Usually when I call someone will immediately pick up, not be able to answer my simple question about booking an installation time, will put me on hold and then completely forget that I’m on hold. Usually ~20 mins after being on hold, a second person will pick up, ask what I need and the process will begin again. The call always ends with the employee telling me that they will call me back in a few minutes once they speak with their boss(for the record, they’ve never called me back). I cannot believe how disorganized this location is just to get something scheduled!!!

STAYAWAYFROMTHISLOCATION!!! I can’t decide if they are crooks or just completely incompetent. I tried to ship a Upod box through them. The box was never shipped. I think I called over 40 times– I won’t bore readers with the gory details of these calls. Long story short, I think I talked to over 10 people, got a different story each time, and received more excuses than I can remember(they misread a note in the system, «mixup with paperwork», no record of me telling them to ship the box, etc.). They constantly have their phones forwarded, meaning that you get bounced to a call center, who promises to give them a message to call you right away. They never ever EVER call you. After around a month, I finally gave up, paid TONS of money for a mover to take the stuff out of the storage facility and to a friend’s place(at this point, I just didn’t trust these people and wanted to be done with them no matter what the cost). They agreed to refund the shipping costs(for the UPOD they NEVER shipped) and an extra month of storage(that I incurred because THEY screwed up the shipment and delayed it so long). Instead, the day they promised me a refund, THEYCHARGEDMYCARDAGAINANDTHENREFUNDEDITONCE. So I now have $ 816 on my credit card for services that were never provided when they agreed to a refund. I am done talking with these people. If I were to call, I have no doubt that they are going to string me along again and again. I’ve contacted my credit card company to dispute the charges and will let them take over. All I want is a refund so I can be done with what has been undoubtedly the worst customer service experience of my life. In the meantime, save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere– there are plenty of other companies that offer the same services, with HONEST and COMPETENT staff members who won’t screw you over.

Today I rented from this U-haul location. This location is large, has a lot of vehicles, and the staff is friendly. They left the appliance dolly off of the truck we rented. We did not realize it until we were halfway through moving. When I called to let them know I got an answering service. I asked to speak to the store and told her what happened, I was told they’d note it in my reservation but she could not transfer me to the store. I found this annoying. When we went back to the store to get the dolly. The employee who forgot to put it in was apologetic and told us they would give us a discount. When we returned the truck the manager apologized again and gave me a good discount. The way they handled their error and apologized made up for the incontinence.
