Greatly satisfied with your service. Your prices are also fair. I updated my iPhone and suddenly it froze on the ever-hideous cable with iTunes logo. I was up from 2:00 am trying every Google solution, I even tried to restore it but nothing. I went into panic mode– everything is in my phone and plus… when was the last time I backed up anything!!! So I went to the store and within a few minutes all my problems were solved!!! Thank you so much!

Big THANKS to CJ at Campus Mobile Solutions! My daughter, Emma, dropped/broke her phone and was lost at sea. The phone had no functions and a broken screen. I called CMS to inquire about the purchase of a new phone, but CJ suggested he could fix it in 20 minutes. After class, Emma found her way to CMS, and bingo, I get a text from Emma saying«Fixed»! He also put the phone in a case to prevent future breakage.(Fingers crossed.) My daughter used the words, «excellent customer service». I AGREE. Thanks CJ.

I dropped my Samsung Galaxy S52 days after buying it. The case did nothing to protect it and I, of course, did not have insurance because I’ve never been in this situation. I looked into Mike’s Wireless and since the S5 had just been released, they had to ship it off to have someone fix it. I cannot go a week without a phone, so I looked into other solutions. I spoke with someone at Campus Mobile Solutions and they told me they would have to order a new screen, but once in, it would take 2 hours tops before I had my phone back. I wasn’t able to come in until after business hours and they said that was no problem. I was extremely pleased with the customer service and the price was acceptable. It was less than Wireless Mike’s and it was more convenient.

These guys did a great job! Fixed my iPhone 6 plus screen in under 1 hour. Phone looks as good as new.

These guys are the best! I went in to get my SIM card fixed and they happily did it and they even purchased my old phone! I later came back because something was wrong with my battery and they troubleshooted quickly and for free. Finally, I lost my debit card and I called after hours and they STILL contacted me happily. They even went to check the store to see if I left it there. Good prices and good people. Oh wait, they have a cute dog too! ;)
