Irene B. of CBDR was a very unpleasant realtor to work with, and I would recommend that others avoid doing so at all costs. I used her when purchasing my first home, and she made it clear that due to the fact that we were shopping a lower price range, she wasn’t interested in spending a lot of time on us. All of the houses we looked at were ones I had found myself online. All of the houses she suggested we look at were priced at about 150% of the high end of our budget. At one point during negotiations, she got upset that we were pushing for a lower price and actually said «I’m barely making any money on this deal as it is!» She goes out of her way to make it clear that her one and only concern is her commission check, yet she is completely unwilling to actually earn it.
