FE Moran’s alarm monitoring service always worked fine for me, but when I decided to stop the service, I suddenly started having problems. First they told me that nobody was there who could assist me, and promised someone would call me back but they didn’t. Then when I called a second time they told me I couldn’t cancel the service over the phone, they needed to send me some paperwork through email to fill out and send back. That paperwork didn’t arrive. So I called back a third time and once again nobody was in the office who could help me. How mysteriously convenient. At this point I am done trying. I will just stop paying my bills and let them close out my account that way.
