Forget Me Not Florals

I ordered flowers for my daughter’s birthday and when she sent me a picture to thank me for the bouque I was extremely displeased with what I saw. The bouque delivered to her looked NOTHING like the one on the website. I was very, very dissapointed.

Did a wonderful job for me for Valentine’s Day. I checked on the Internet and called all over the Champaign/​Urbana area but didn’t find one shop that offered a satisfactory combination of reasonable prices, good value, friendliness, and good delivery. Until I found this one. After talking with the owner, I ordered arrangements for two women in my family, and they let me know afterward that the flowers were delivered early in the day and were beautiful. With a good price that met my needs and a professional job that greatly impressed the recipients, what else would anyone want from a florist?

Terrible customer service. My dad sent me flowers for Valentine’s Day at my office and I received a phone call because the delivery driver couldn’t figure out where to deliver them-​he wasn’t at the right building. I told them my company and address and the woman on the phone said, «I wish people would get the address right before calling in an order.» Listen lady-​my dad just paid your company money to send me flowers and your talking crap about the purchaser to the recipient. You obviously did not go to business school. AND-​the flowers were unimpressive!

I ordered a gift basket for my girlfriend to be delivered on Valentine’s day. They delivered the basket on time and hand wrote the note I submitted when I ordered. Great Job!

Overall, not impressed with the older woman who runs this business from her home. The flowers from my wedding day were ivory, but the tips were brown and you could even see that in my photos. Her corsages were nice though. I was just thinking in terms of saving money, so I went to her. You really do get what you pay for. In this case, I feel like I could have picked up a couple dozen roses from Sam’s Club and made my own bouquet that wasn’t wilting and have payed less than half the price. Her corsages run for $ 12. Overall I paid $ 166 for 9 corsages and my terrible bouquet and my bridesmaid bouquet. Yes, that is cheap because I demanded not to pay full price. The most important thing is the bridal bouquet and it was already half dead when I got it. Also, when we had our consultation, she was not very professional, because she kept me there way longer than I needed to be by talking about her family forever. She also said «I can tell this is a budget wedding.» I thought that was really rude.
