If I could give it 0 stars, I would. DO NOT RENT FROM THE GARTHS. They will steal your deposit, and they are super-​shady. Despite the place having NO damage and only a few MINOR cleaning issues (like a spot on the back deck which was rotten anyway), they stole our entire deposit under the threat that they would bill us even more than the deposit if we demanded an itemized list. They seem nice at first, but they are NOT. Vian and David Garth, and daughter Stephanie, are not legit landlords, and I advise everyone to stay as far away from them as possible.
