Jeff Poor checked styluses for a Dual turntable and a B&O table at no charge. Had a great time discussing music and listening to different audio equipment. This store is one of a kind in the Champaign, IL area. I have purchased speakers, receivers, and turntables from Glen Poor’s Audio since the 80’s. Always a great place to shop for high end audio and visual equipment. Thanks a again Jeff for all of your time and help today.

This is an amazing store. We went in on a Saturday afternoon with a problem with our turntable. It had been a gift that was not bought at their store. The friendly and knowledgeable staff solved our issue and did not push us to buy anything. They did let us peruse the store and we were very impressed with the audio-video equipment available in many price ranges. When we are in the market for new equipment, we will definitely be returning and we would recommend Glenn Poor’s Audio-Video to anyone.

The sales staff really know their equipment, and they are generally not stuffy despite the expensive gear which surely draws an upper-elchelon clientele. They are happy to recommend the optimal system for your budget, and if it takes a few passes to make a decision, ok! It’s kind of like buying a BMW. They also do occasional demo sales — a great opportunity. You really do not have to get your stereo stuff from Best Buy. Even if you don’t fall into the audiophile category, you’ll notice the difference in sound when you start comparing.
