Great service and quick to respond. Bought a floor model TV47″ I think. They came out as scheduled, drilled holes, put in cable, hung TV on wall and cleaned up after themselves. Second trip made by Joe to fix the TV stand which he sold us that I couldn’t get assembled correctly. Very good service.

I would give GV no stars if I had the option. We went in Sat to look at a home theater system; speakers, receiver, etc. The salesman, Ryan, offered us a set of Definitive Technology speakers,(originally $ 800 ea) for $ 500(for the pair that had been on their floor)! We thought we were getting an awesome deal! So we put together a package and paid for the items. They had to order the center channel speaker, so Ryan said he’d call us on Tues to verify that the order went thru and when we should expect everything to be delivered. See our first mistake was not taking the components once we paid for them and instead opting for delivery. We never received a call Tues. So Weds we call. We are told we have to pay $ 500 since there was a mistake in the amt that the speakers were sold to us. But the speakers are LEGALLY ours and we don’t have to pay a cent more. This is drawn out for another day waiting for Steve(the owner) to call. Which he never does and it is upon me to actually contact him. In the end he still wants us to pay more money for their mistake. He «compromised» at $ 300 extra. We certainly could have taken this issue to a lawyer and to Small Claims court and prob would have won, or just got refunded, but either way it would have been drug out more than need be. Steve also gave us the option of a refund. So we weighed the options and even though we are in the legal right with items we legally own via the sales receipt and invoice, we still lost out since they were not in our physical possession. In the end, even though we wanted to fight this, we ended up just getting our money back. We will be purchasing our items elsewhere. And NEVER going back or recommending Good Vibes to anyone. They don’t appreciate their customers. So Buyer beware. If you choose to be a customer at Good Vibes. I wouldn’t take the risk though.
