Insty-​Prints was a wonderful asset to the day camp I have planned for the last two years. They provided a fair price and speedy service. However, it seems the customer service has lapsed in the last year as our project has been rejected this year with a two word email. I’m sorry to say we will be taking our business somewhere else. Hopefully, the web presence will improve with actual communication to clients.

This place is awesome. We ordered a backdrop on Friday at 3 pm and our stuff was huge 8×6.5, so they had to send it to a different place. They got it print out on the next Wednesday! And we needed by Friday. Lawrence, the owner is very kind and helpful. Totally recommend. Plus, the price was cheaper than other places. Paid $ 192.13 total.
