Sweet Dreams Mattress

We have been waiting 10 months for a refund on a cancelled order. The store owner has been dishonest with us on multiple occasions. This has been a very expensive mistake!

Sweet experience at Sweet Dreams — we worked with Devin. Great service, not sales pitch or pressure to buy, I took a week and did a lot of internet and local pricing research. Devin was able to match my best efforts. It was a no brainer when figuring in the delivery, set up, and removal of our old mattress was included. Would definitely buy here again.

We went shopping for a basic mattress for our guest bedroom — nothing fancy. Devin was happy to show us the most basic model.
Out of curiosity, we asked about other types of mattresses (in case we wanted to move our current mattress to the guestroom and buy a new one for our room) and he continued to show us around, suggesting mattresses based on the type we described liking. He never made us feel rushed.
In the end, we wound up going with the more basic mattress and Devin never made us feel like our business wasn’t important, even though we bought a not expensive mattress.
My only complaint was they had a family emergency on the day they were supposed to deliver, and didn’t inform me that they wouldn’t be making the delivery. When I called to ask what was going on, they rescheduled me for the next day, in the time frame I told them would work.
They were on time for the delivery that day, fast and professional.
We will definitely go back in the future.

I had the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had with a big purchase. The owner (Matt) and the sales guy (Devin) continually made promises they didn’t keep. After initially telling me it would only take a week to get the mattress I’m here 4 weeks later without it. There was a problem with the manufacturer of the mattress I bought. Nonetheless, instead of keeping me informed of what was going on they would go several days without updating me on the issue. When I called to find out what was happening they would tell me they would look into it and call me back– then on multiple occasions they would not call me back at all and force me to call and visit the store again. After 4 weeks I asked them to cancel my order and they told me they wouldn’t be able to refund the money for a while longer. They are amateurs. I recommend everyone stays away from this place. Horrible.

These guys are great. We had just moved into a new apartment and went to Sweet Dreams to find a mattress. They had a wide variety of models at different price points. We got a great deal on a Queen size pillow top and it was about $ 100 less than prices on the internet. The bed we wanted wasn’t in, so they lent us a bed for one week. They did free delivery and set up the bed. I would highly recommend them.
