The customer service at this Walmart Vision Center was the worst I’ve ever experienced. Despite receiving a voicemail from the store saying that my glasses were ready for pickup, the associate helping me insisted that I was not in the system, and then found a way to blame me for not providing her with enough information upon finding my glasses among a stack of new orders. This associate did not ask me if I was satisfied with my new glasses, nor did she offer to check their fit. I wasn’t even offered a bag for all of my items. Overall, I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this store, and will avoid giving them my business at all costs in the future.

Good Walmart. WORST customer service. Had to call 3 times to find out if they had a certain shampoo. First time I was disconnected, second was put on hold for over 20 minutes because the department wasn’t answering, third, had to call from another line while on hold with the other call to actually find out the answer to my question. When I called the Walmart on Prospect they answered my question within a minute.

If you can avoid this Walmart, do so. This is the worst Walmart I have ever been to. I have never written a review in my life. But I just cannot stand this place. Today i went buying simple things for my home and when I went to check out I was treated so poorly & mother was treated worse, my mom literally had 21ITEMS!!! The extremely lazy man said«it’s only 20 items, do you have 20 items?» Couldn’t even be a man. Because he was being rude like that to my mom. This is not the only time I have gotten rude customer service… I will never come here again, I will deff take the trip to savoy. Walmart on prospect! HIRENEWPEOPLE!

Worst customer service. They are so rude and will ignore you rather than giving you the assistance that you deserve at the very least. The photo service was horrendous. Do not expect your«instant» photo pick up to be ready within the next hour. They will make it the moment you go inside to pick it up. Horrible service.

Every time I go in there something that price on the shelf is different when I get it at the register usually a $ 20 difference I went there tonight to get shaving razors I saw an electric razor that said it was 999 the regular razor is worth $ 5 so I figured I get the electric when I get it to the register it was 2999 they tried to charge me full price for something that was on clearance for $ 5 regularly $ 35 they try to slip that stuff by you when I brought up the price of the electric razor the manager went back and looked for it saw that it was 999 on the shelf but said that she couldn’t give it to me for that because in the computer it’s 2999 it’s a load of crap

The meat department lowers the price of meat the day before it expires, which is great. Only they don’t always catch it all. Many times I find a package that should be marked down and it’s not. I find a person and they get the pricing thing, change the price and it is all good. Generally a pleasant interaction. But not anymore. Oh there were times it was a long wait to find the person who could mark it down but that is fine. But the last few times all I have gotten is bogus excuses. Which is ridiculous. This is what Walmart does. I have always been polite, patient and cheerful. Tonight I was told that if it’s not marked down its not marked down. That is an absolute refusal of customer service. I have realized for quite sometime that Walmart is not the place to go for GOOD customer service. The employees are bored and only interested in their assigned task. This was beyond that. This was an absolute refusal to provide ANY service at all. I wasn’t polite this time. I was irritated. Not vulgar. Not profane. But I was visibly irritated.

Located on N. Prospect, in the«busy» part of town. That means alot of traffic at Walmart. Advice: don’t park in the center lane as you drive in. It can be difficult to back out. Though it seems easy, I would suggest parking in another lane. The store offers up a full stock of groceries and other Walmart items you expect(clothing, electronics, home, etc). My most recent shopping here has been during holiday season, particularly Black Friday. I wait till a bit later to avoid the craziness. But if you wait to long, a number of items will be gone.

Awful. Staff are unapproachable and look at you as if you are bothering them, are rude, and appear lazy. Check the expiration dates on products you purchase– this store does not care about selling you expired food items. Produce is often rotting and they are constantly out of product.

Store update: Forgot my prior reviews, this just place is just plain awful. There are some workers here that are so lazy that it almost pains me to call them a fellow human being. I have gone to buy something from the electronic department and had to wait 50 minutes for someone to finish their work before finally answering my question and telling me that oh the website is wrong and it is not in stock. This happens time and time again. People are not helpful and just want to walk around and chat with one another. Well you have lost my business.

Pretty piss poor example of a super center. Always out of stock on the things I need, motor oil selection is low and mismatched(you can find one grade of oil in the single quart bottles, but not the 5qts and vice versa), the lot attendants don’t do their jobs as there are very few carts in the store, the parking lot is poorly engineered, the self checkout lanes only have 2 bag stalls and no extra room but they don’t have an item limit, etc etc. skip this walmart and go to the savoy store.

Usually do not shop at Walmart, but when I visited this location a few weeks back I had a truly easy and convenient experience. Their employees were smiling, friendly, and helpful, and the boxes I needed were extremely cheap. This particular store really shattered my previous perceptions regarding Walmart as a company.
